This is to ensure that no COMMON SENSE is used to justify someone's cheating or not (because if you use common sense then all those top players would be banned cause they do unbelievable things).
so again what krzy wrote, do you think it is more likely that player was more clever than ppy and trick the detection system, or he is legal player?
and it is totally WRONG belief that peppy underestimates other modes, you can't be serious to think he made those modes if he wasn't interested in them. Each and EVERY report you make in ANY mode is just an EQUAL priority.
and if we really want to be serious and use common sense, then there are many "pros" who should get banned, but no one bitches about them, think about this.
