[osu!web] Banner won't become animated

I would like to know what the maximum limit of dimensions and file size is for banners to become animated or which file type works since 1920x480 which is close to 2000x500 on 8mb doesn't work. Need help, thank you.

"Uploaded File is too large". You need to try to downscale the file size.

Now the banner is frozen. Did I use wrong format or it's only frozen in my side?

It needs to be 2000x500 specifically or else it wont work
