It's kind of like if you want to place a jump there, and then you'll need to put another jump to make it reasonable, or the connection between those objects won't be that great. What I'll suggest you is remove that jump, or re-place a larger distance between 00:24:447 (2,3) -.
  6. 00:26:662 (5) - Add a new combo here? It seems like you add them twice in every 4 white lines, so you'll need one here, too.

  2. 00:10:550 (2) - The music here makes me feel that you should add drum-finish here, just like what you did at both 00:08:938 - / 00:09:744 -. Soft-whistle isn't that strong enough to emphasize it.
  3. 00:22:231 - At least add a whistle or something here. Also, the whistle on 00:23:641 - is kinda unnecessary to me (cuz you didn't add it on 00:22:835 (2) - )
Next time, you can try to use some stronger custom hitsound to emphasize the music like this (like default normal-hitnormal). Whistles don't really fit with an energetic song like this. :<

This might be a bug or something, but I don't see any differences between the new version of ktgster's diff and the old one (he changed something from my mod, so I think it shouldn't be that). Probably we need to summon ktgster to re-post the code again.

How does this makes any sense? If the spinners in Normal, Hyper and Another are shortended these Difficulties also become unrankable then - according to that what you wrote. In general I am honestly really unsure if we should stick to the rule and put quite unnecessary spinners at the begin of Beginner and the Taiko Difficulties (in both cases they fit extremly bad due playability) or if we just use common sense and say that's fine. Also..

This isn't something which affects to this map if the origin song is that short and there is no longer version outside. At least we can expect from the mapper he clearly looked out about this point.

Also I am not sure how to loop a MAD good without ruining flow. I had troubles in the past with https://osu.ppy.sh/s/60167 , I however had luck that LoliFlan extended me that somehow in a good file. Will care for this.

Beginner diff did have enough play time before the unrankings. While things changed due to notes being too soon after spinner. I really don't see the point of stating this. Should I directly tell the mapper "Hey your map is not long enough! delete it!"? I think that's going against my own policy to mappers. They took time to create things and gather mods. Every ranked map is the combination of efforts from multiple people. I made my choice here, I think this should be the better way for players and the ones who contributed to the set.

As the statement in RC: "This is so each map gives a high enough score, and also so people do not try and cut songs too short for no reason, thus stopping people from enjoying the song fully. "
The highest diff has over 1m score in total with 2 spinners to vary the scores. And the audio is absolutely the same one from its original source, NicoNicoDouga. It's not a cut version and we're enjoying the song fully. I have no idea why we should have the purpose reversed. You are preventing players from enjoying the song. I don't see any huge difference between this and "stopping people from enjoying the song fully" from RC. I consider the first one being worse tho.

I absolutely agree with this in every aspect. I personally think this rule has been set in the past to prevent people being lazyasses and choose to map like 10% of a song just to get them asap ranked which is of course wrong. But cases like pupa or this song shows that this rule can't always work. I think a rewording of this rule should be done because "This is so each map gives a high enough score, and also so people do not try and cut songs too short for no reason, thus stopping people from enjoying the song fully" cannot work to 100% for every Beatmap.

Beginner/Normal: 00:00:077 Try a 2/1 slider with a soft sampleset finish on the head (Change to S in the timing) @ around 20-25% volume. I personally think Normal could go without the first spinner because of how short it is. Really your only option at this point to meet the 30 second criteria since Easy isn't allowed to have a spinner.
Hard and above already have long enough spinners so they're fine.

Or just add a spinner? Spinners are working different in the Taiko mode than in Standard. Won't adding something unfitting to fit with the rule. Same goes to the suggestions previously. This "part" of the song isn't something you can stuff with any Hitobjects without being extremly weird
