So you fixed the offset/bpm, but the notes didn't snap to the right positions. I've taken a guess as to the positions you wanted them.
For now I'll just give some very generic pointers.
Also, don't kudosu this post. Modders are only supposed to receive kudosu once per map, and you've already given me some. :)

[General]
You need to go through all your difficulties and add some interesting hitsounds!
Try to keep the rhythm and new combos falling exactly on the start of every other bar. For a song like this you probably need to aim for 2 bars (8 beats) per combo.
You might want to change the combo colours too. To me, using the default ones tends to leave a map feeling... unfinished.
If you're going to put "arpeggio of blue steel" in the tags, change the source to be the Japanese title.
Aim for perfect distance snap everywhere unless you want to accentuate the eccentric flow of a certain part of the song.
If an average player can play your map and full combo it first shot, you know you have your spacing right.

  2. 00:32:017 (1) - the whistle at the middle of slider is not good
  3. 00:38:240 (2,1) - for easy-diff, the stack like this should be avoided
  4. 00:48:462 (1,2) - swap NC
  5. 01:00:462 (3,1) - this overlap is not good. rotate more~

  7. 01:20:017 (1,2,3,4,5) - too hard for beginner. just a suggetion

Hi there, coming from your request in my Modding Q
As this is your first map, I'll explain some basic structure more instead of blindly pointing out mistakes like you'd do with more experienced mappers

[General]
  1. Holy shit this bg <3
  2. Do you really need 7 combo colours? 4 are usually enough

[Easy]
  1. 00:12:462 (4) - Either curve this one or move 00:14:240 (1) - to X400. OR: move to 456/204 and 00:15:128 (2) - somewhere where it'd fit to the small curve the cursor will make. You can also curve 00:15:128 (2) - a little bit (not too much!) while you're at it (http://puu.sh/9aspI/34ce81330a.jpg). DOnt forget to fix the combo after it!
  2. 00:28:462 (1) - I'd say that you keep your hands off such "extremely" curved sliders. Sliders with a slight curve have a better effect and a better flow in lower difficulties as Easy and Normal. Sliders like this can feel chunky, which should not happen
  3. 00:30:684 (3) - move this one either up or down to have a nicer flow (your mouse has to aim up or down with it, not just straight right, which can be boring)

Feel that many sliders are curved a bit too much. I would suggest that you standardize the curved sliders a bit, looks a bit too inconsistent atm. Just personal opinion though.

00:07:573 (3,6) - avoid overlapping?
00:09:128 (2,3) - Not a fan over such stacking, as the music is progressing smoothly and there is no sensible pause.
00:10:240 (5) - missing clap?
00:11:573 (4) - Less curvature? And maybe ctrl+G
00:13:351 (5) - There are four notes in the duration of this slider so this plays a bit too awkwardly for me. (Could try a 3/4 slider follow by a 1/2 one)
00:15:128 (4,5,6) - personally I prefered a triplet after 3 instead of 4
00:19:128 (5) - too curved
00:19:573 (1,2,3,4) - these are really confusing. would suggest decrease spacing or simply stacking
00:21:795 (3) - move this to the left a bit
00:23:573 (5,6) - fix blanket
00:28:684 (2,3,4) - ^ and perhaps making a triangle
