I think that if Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei had a second and even a third, even the first season would be a lot better because they don't have to rush the story arcs. I think mahou sensou should also get a second season due to it's FRUSTRATING ending from a mere 12 episodes. No game no life should get a second episode no doubt because for a half season anime, it reeled in more than anybody could ask. Then again, most if not all anime I just mentioned do come from adaptations of manga, light novels, VNs, etc. so we might just have to seek out the original. This is just my opinion on second season anime and feel free to argue and even chat with me directly through pm.

Also, 'a season' is what NGNL got. You separate halves that stretch across the schedule seasons by cour. NGNL is, so far, a one-cour series. Not a half season.

Black Lagoon and Akagi would be nice as well, though in case of Black Lagoon there wasn't that much to adapt if I remember it correctly, and the manga's on hiatus right now anyways.

Well, they couldn't help it, seeing how even now, Akagi is still ongoing according to my sources. It's been a while since I've taken a peek at the manga, so I can't tell. Just one more reason as to why it really should get another season. Of course, it's the same with Kaiji, though I think as the parts progressed it somehow got a bit worse there.Dulcet wrote:

Third part of Kaiji wasn't that great since it was only one game and the fourth part is not that interesting either, in my opinion, which is a shame because it kind of wastes Kazuya as a villain (and I think he has the potential to be a great one, like his father). Either way, if they did a third season, I would still watch it because Kaiji is Kaiji.

Most people don't seem to understand the value of an ending where the entire plot ties up nicely at the end. Examples here are "I want more of this particular character I like" rather than this series still has a story it can carry on, largely why I dislike what the third Madoka film stands for.Mafuuu wrote:
