Probably, but I'm going to try my hardest to make it rankable while still being ET difficulty. mania needs more hard maps, especially in 4K.

The buzz here is slightly faster than 1/16, so one 1/16 note is missing where the speed would overlap and nothing would play. Other than that, it's as accurate as the game will let me map it.
Commented on some. Thanks for the mod! It's going to be tough getting the SC ranked, that's for sure.

Shi-Ra's Pattern Review:

(notice that columns are following like 0 1 2 3 for 4K diffs)
HD+
00:01:009 (1009|0,1009|1) - three note chord+LN from the beginning? no, you need to remove at least one note here coz you don't have sounds for each note here

00:03:509 (3509|2) - I suggest you to move this note to 0 column, it'll be more comfortable position for triplet beginning

00:10:509 (10509|3,10675|2) - I recommend you to switch places for these notes to 2nd and 3rd columns accordingly, it's more suitable transition here according to your previous pattern

00:16:008 (16008|2,16174|1) - move both notes to left by one column, it's more comfortable to catch such chord transition for this part

00:36:675 (36675|3) - move this one to 0 column to perform here well balanced pattern for both hands

00:43:341 (43341|2) - remove this note, it's unnecessary to place chord here and unsuitable with your next going impulse stream

01:21:925 (81925|2) - I recommend you to remove this one, it's unsuitable here according to the beat sounds which you follow in this part

01:33:425 (93425|3) - move to 2nd column, it's more suitable with your previous and next going patterns here, you can avoid double noting in this way

00:17:175 (17175|3) - move to 2nd column to avoid unnecessary double noting here

00:42:342 (42342|1,42342|2) - switch positions for this LN and note to 2nd and 1st columns accordingly, it'll be more comfortable to catch single note after your impulse stream here

01:10:675 (70675|1,70842|2) - move both notes to right by one column, I recommend you to use opened chords for this part

01:57:842 (117842|0) - there's no vocal sound for this LN, I suggest you to remove it

02:07:925 (127925|0) - move to 2nd column, it'll be more comfortable position to make triplet here according to the sound, jack here looks unsuitable with distance in two columns before next going notes

Those are set by a BAT, can't do anything about that.

You're mistaking tags with Genre on map's page which is set by BAT's, right, but tags are added by mapper :P

you image was pretty low res and low quality, so I searched around and found this version from which to work. I did some cropping and upscaling in order to get the image to properly fill both 16:9 and 4:3 resolutions, then finally filtered the image a bit in order to counter the negative effects of upscaling. Here is the new bg:

Put note if there's a note such like 01:48:341 (108341|0,108508|1,108674|0,108841|1) - i understand you trying to follow synth beat. but it doesn't fit and even looks not following that beat. so change some 1/4 hold note to normal note if doesn't have short synth. nah you should do short hold note like this 01:52:008 (112008|2,112174|2) -

02:09:341 - i suggest you to add 1/1 note for follow main beat. normal player not enough have experience to tracking beat

02:46:341 (166341|0,167008|1,167674|3,168341|2) - it may better if you remove this hold note and only focus drum sound in this part. also it make more suitable for finger playing
