That is evil mii a small osu! injoke type thing we went through a while back when I posted a link to a story where Japanese police made a wanted poster of a criminal with a Mii.
A bit afterwards we had a thread where we made a where's waldo type thing as we pasted it's head onto a random person in a crowd. It was back in the old days when game threads here used to be awesome and funny, but something like that just can't be done anymore... If you do want to try something, though, here's the clean head image.
And here's a couple sample ones I've had for a while. The old thread on uppy should still be there if you're willing to scroll for a couple of days.

Here are a couple of the easier ones. I made 13 iirc I have them in a folder. Loginer made some NIGHTMARE mode ones.
