Hey guys, I am a normal osu player just interested into skinning. What i plan to do is customize my spinner for my skin as well as taking the glow effect off after i hit a note. Problem is, i don't know how to do these things. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated

First, you need to have some knowledge about skinning

Second, you need to know the elements in a skin, here is the default skin

Thirdly, you need to understand the skin.ini file

So you can go and pick elements from other skins and customize yourself

Glow Effect on a clicked note = Hit Lighting = Can be disabled in options

Was just asking myself this...
