Hey HootOwlStar! I apologize for the really delay mod. My computer was laggy and I found my old laptop (which is better than the old one...). So I transfered some files in that computer.

General

I have asked in the metadata discussion thread for the correct metadata. Referring to this post, here's what to change:
1. Artist: Owl City
2. Title: Beautiful Times (feat. Lindsey Stirling)
I have found a better mp3 file than the current due to low quality: http://puu.sh/hygaq/93eb3a509a.mp3
The timing would then be this:
1. BPM: 68
2. Offset: 292
Everything should be shifted by +287. But please change the mp3 file after applying the mod.

j_a's Light Hard does not have a video. Please add it.

Easy

The spread gap between Easy and Normal is questionable to me. Easy uses only 1/2 rhythms while Normal has 1/2 and 1/4 rhythms combined, which can be a problem to the spread. In my opinion, Easy would need a little more 1/4 rhythms. See the ticks below to see where you can add a circle.

00:11:475 (2) - I would say that the tail leads to a bad polarization since it lands on a 1/8 snap. I don't know if it's allowed because it's quite complex, but it also sounds weird (although you're following the vocal). I would end this on the red tick. There's also 03:00:887 (2) .
03:06:181 (4) - Adding a repeat will fill more the rhythm / the beats.

Didn't find much.

00:29:122 (7,1) - Switching the new combo would seem fitting with the music.
00:29:122 (7,1) - A bigger distance would be need in order to differentiate the distance you use when there's a 1/4 gap between objects (00:29:122 (7,1) - ) and when you use a 1/4 rhythm (like 00:29:563 (1,2,3,4) - ), else the players will be confused. Try using the same distance to each object unless there's a special condition, like a jump since the beats are stronger. This also applies to 00:30:887 (4,1,2,1) - 00:33:534 (3,4) and many more.
00:43:460 (3,4) - Like the previous suggestion. The distance looks identical to 00:43:240 (2,3) so there'll be confusion.
00:54:490 (3) - How about flipping this vertically so it could shoot down, where the next object is?
01:04:637 (1) - This new combo doesn't seem necessary.
01:19:416 (5,1) - Same thing as the distance problem.
02:38:828 (1,3) - Adjust the curve in order to get the blanket.

The main problem is the distance in some objects as stated in the mod. Otherwise, the content looks great.

VINXIS's Hard

00:07:063 to 00:21:181 - I wonder why big sections are not mapped. You are quite missing some good parts and the long gap between the circles are awkward to play to me. Try mapping those sections.
00:29:122 (3,4) - Try a cleaner blanket (unless it's not what you're going for).
00:32:652 (5,6) - Those kind of patterns are old and I don't like them to be honest. The circle is too near to the border of the slider and the slider shoots to right while the following object is on the left.
00:31:769 to 00:35:078 - To be honest, this section needs a little remap due to old patterns.
00:50:299 (3,4) - Adjust the slider's curve to get the blanket pattern.
00:54:490 (5) - Move this more up? It almost touches the bottom of the window.
02:12:137 (6,7,8) - I'd replace this into a repeat slider to keep it simple and the circles are wrongly snapped. The correct snapping is 1/12, like in the higher difficulties.
02:44:122 (5,6) - The overlap is kind of ugly to me. Might separate them.
02:46:769 (6,7) - Try a blanket for a cleaner pattern.
03:05:299 (3,4) - Avoid the overlap, like the previous suggestion.

This difficulty doesn't seem ready for qualify. The quality of this is low due to patterns created in Hard. This means that it may needs a remap.

6006's Light Insane

00:30:225 (6,7) - The long jump doesn't fit with the music in my opinion. Consider reducing the distance between them?
00:34:857 (8,9,1) - I personally dislike the very compressed pattern (the triplet). You don't really see well the pattern. I could increase the distance between so you can have a constant distance, or add distance between the first and second object, then the third object is below the second object (which I think it looks better):

00:50:960 (5,6) - I dislike how the flow is made there. The tail is down while the following object is up and the short slider is near the head of the long one. Try maybe a blanket pattern with a straight slider:

01:31:769 (1) - The long curve slider seems plain to me. Maybe a random slider would go. Try this:

00:07:063 to 00:21:181 - I wonder why big sections are not mapped. You are quite missing some good parts and the long gap between the circles are awkward to play to me. Try mapping those sections. i was going for a long gap effect so (also spaces star best jumps pls)

00:32:652 (5,6) - Those kind of patterns are old and I don't like them to be honest. The circle is too near to the border of the slider and the slider shoots to right while the following object is on the left. guy still uses this pattern but dam i chagned the positioning shit
00:31:769 to 00:35:078 - To be honest, this section needs a little remap due to old patterns. wh
00:50:299 (3,4) - Adjust the slider's curve to get the blanket pattern. ok dad

02:12:137 (6,7,8) - I'd replace this into a repeat slider to keep it simple and the circles are wrongly snapped. The correct snapping is 1/12, like in the higher difficulties. undermapping. dam i changed it to a 1/12 slider tho
02:44:122 (5,6) - The overlap is kind of ugly to me. Might separate them. dam changed second slider to circel
02:46:769 (6,7) - Try a blanket for a cleaner pattern. i like my aesthetic xdd
03:05:299 (3,4) - Avoid the overlap, like the previous suggestion. dam didnt change the circle overlap but i did lower the slider down

This difficulty doesn't seem ready for qualify. The quality of this is low due to patterns created in Hard. This means that it may needs a remap. FUCKING sasdflsg

Easy
The spread gap between Easy and Normal is questionable to me. Easy uses only 1/2 rhythms while Normal has 1/2 and 1/4 rhythms combined, which can be a problem to the spread. In my opinion, Easy would need a little more 1/4 rhythms. See the ticks below to see where you can add a circle.

There's might be more but you might know the pattern a little.
I don't think the diff gap is controversial or uncertain in any ways. As you said, Easy uses only 1/2 rhythms while Normal has 1/2 and 1/4 rhythms combined, and I think that's quite good because beginner players can get use of the 1/2 and start to practice on 1/4 in Normal diff. I will just keep them first unless this is really arguable and will cause severe effects in the ranking process.

Welp just to correct something, the ranking criteria never says that you must make 2 or more diffs in a map set to make it rankable. However it does state that no other guest mappers can make more diffs than the beatmap uploader.

In this case, HOS created 1 diff, while others also created 1 each, so it isn't wrong as no one created >1 diffs for this map.

BTW I'm on phone and I can't really check things out, so correct me back if the ranking criteria changes again. And HOS please help with applying the mods for me while I'm away from my computer thanks a lot
