First things first, the most important part is the timing. The metronome should be set to 78.02 BPM with an offset of 12,998. After doing that, every other step will get much easier, as there is now a consistent beat behind the map. The step after getting the timing right is to place all notes that have been pre-placed into the correct timing (Like making the first note be placed at 00:00:693 ). Throughout the map, always keep a consistent beat snap divisor (1/4 always works best for me, though some maps require other settings).
I guess that's all I can say for now.

Hello there,

BPM should be 78 instead of 78.02 as the song is most likely written to follow an integral BPM.

As well, the audio file sounds a little blurry. Was this intentional? If not, better make a better version of the audio file. I can help if you have a hard time finding one.
