I just realized the comments I've made in the first one are too few.
Can't even pass your hard. Spacing is still the same. Not hard, but confusing.
Spacing is important. I suggest you to use distance snapping if you have troubles placing the notes properly.
On Hard:
First four notes again, I don't know what you are following here.
00:29:47 - You might want to place this closer to number 5.
00:32:61 - Refer to your spacing in 00:30:37.
00:35:62 - This whole combo (2-8) has a 3/4 beat spacing. 3,5, and 6 has a problem with spacing.
00:39:55 - You might want to place this farther from 3.
00:44:03 - I suggest that remove the slider and place it with a single one instead.... and...
00:44:70 - ...Place this on 00:44:47 and adjust the tail of the slider. Sounds better.
00:47:83 - You might want to place this farther from 1.
00:48:73 - You might want to place this farther from 4.
00:49:18 - You might want to place this closer to 6.
00:50:52 - This two (1 and 2) place it closer to to 3.

After you've fix both difficulties, I think its still kinda confusing. You cant compare this to Innocent Starter you know, They both have different beats/rhythm.
And also I hope you've learned how to place notes correctly after fixing this.

Will check on insane later, try to fix hard first. And then try to apply the spacings you've learned (if you do learn) on Insane. Headache is attacking me again after checking this.

But damn. I failed at the last stack on Hard. I'll point out how to fix this in my fixes list. Ohs. And I failed at the last few beats in Insane as well. Lol.

Looks and feels really nice. Except for the beginning of Normal, that felt kind of awkward. Probably just me, though.

00:46:06 (2) - Move this away from 1. Take a look at 00:39:79 (4,5) for a good example example for the spacing.
00:47:85 (2,3,4) - A little bit away from (1).
00:54:35 (3) - Feels better mapped a 1/2 beat earlier. If you move it, move it back (<- that way) 1/2 beat and adjust spacing.
01:08:90 (2) - Feels a little too far from (1). Adjust.
01:11:37 (9,1) - Nice jump. That's a compliment, btw. Don't change it.
01:16:18 (2) - Feels late. Move this back 1/4 beat, and adjust spacing.
01:17:19 (4) - Likewise, this feels too early. Move forward (This way ->) 1/4, and adjust spacing, of course.
01:19:65 (3) - Feels a touch close to both (2) and (4), not a huge deal. Maybe move this down a little to increase the space a touch.
01:25:92 (4) - Not a huge thing, but DOES feel a bit mis-mapped. I myself would say that it's fine as it is, but if you're looking to have it mapped to the lyrics, move it back 1/2 beat and adjust the spacing.
02:21:88 (5,6,7,8,1) - Something about your beats, they feel a touch close. Not a big deal, though, I wouldn't worry at all about it.
02:31:07 (8) - "....sono yo koyou ni...." Yeah, I can tell what this is mapped to. Though I must note that it DOES feel a touch funny. Feels better mapped to no, meaning 1/2 beat back and space adjustments. This one just feels a little too funny to leave as it is imo.
02:35:32 (2) - Feels a touch close, small matter.
02:37:78 (2) - Feels a touch close to (1), definitely too close to (3). Adjust.
02:39:57 (6) - Feels just a touch close.
03:40:69 (1) - From this point, your spacing really seems to spread out for a bit, I'm guess this is intended, but if it's not, double-check your timing after here.
03:55:25 (1,2) - Both feel too early. I'd say, move (1) back 1/4 and move (2) back 1/2, and adjust spacing.
04:00:39 (5,6) - Timing feels funny here as well. I'd say to move both back 1/2 beat and adjust spacing/placement. (5) is way too close to (6).

01:07:33 (7) - Feels too close to (6). Adjust.

02:36:44 (5) - I find that this feels a bit better if you take (1) out of the next combo and lengthen this slider so it ends where (1) was, but this is entirely your choice, as it works fine as it is now as well.
03:22:56 (1,2,3) - Too close to the previous combo.
03:36:88 (4) - Feels a bit close to (3) and (5).
03:40:69 (1) - More spacing out from here, though I again expect that it's intended.
04:00:39 (6) - Feels better mapped 1/2 beat back. If you choose to do that, adjust the spacing. If not, the spacing doesn't feel equal between 5-6 and 6-7. Timing works either way, though, I think. Smaller deal than spacing here anyways.

Insane
00:48:42 (5,6) - The laying here makes it a bit hard to see these two beats and when they're supposed to be hit, maybe consider moving yours beats a bit.
00:51:55 (6,7) - Feels a bit far from (5).
01:10:69 (4) - Similar as above.
01:15:84 (9) - Similar.
01:54:69 (4,5,6) - Spacing feels a little funny.
01:55:47 (7) - I think either lengthen or shorten this by 1/2 beat and then do any space adjusting necessary. Just sounds better imo.
01:59:05 (8) - I think give this a nudge upwards. Slight but very noticeable spacing inconsistency.
02:01:85 (8) - Feels kinda funny. I think it sounds better 1/4 beat back. Spacing adjustment. KINDA works as it is now, but it's just weird.
02:06:22 (11,1) - Nice jump. Compliment again.
02:07:56 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Spacing around here is kind of funny. I'd say to make some slight adjustments here.
02:16:18 (4,5) - I'd say this is quite the uncomfortable jump. Adjust the spacing around here.
03:28:83 (7,8,9) - Space these out a touch, they're kinda close.
03:37:22 (5) - Feels a bit weird, can't really tell what this is mapped to. Feels a lot better 1/4 forward, spacing adjusted.
03:42:93 (7) - Kinda a big, somewhat uncomfortable jump, even with the spaced out beats. Adjust, I think.
03:49:20 (5) - Similar as above.
03:59:05 (5) - Spacing's a bit smaller between 4-5 than 5-6. Adjust.
04:00:28 (2,3) - These two beats seem kinda funny. Not sure what they're mapped to.
04:12:48 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Triple beats before this are tough to catch. But please clean this up a little, it's pretty hard to follow since everything's just bundled all together.


Especially normal: Be sure to check the spacing yourself for some of my spacing adjustments (between full beats especially), as this was all on a glance checking for spacing, so my distance perception might be off on parts for the farther-spaced beats.

Last thing, to deal with the stacking issue, particularly at the end of Hard, I'd say to nudge that stack down a bit or to disable stacking in Song Setup - Advanced.

Overall, really nice map, just needs tweaks.
