this new extra ending is a pain in the arse. the difficulty of it is far beyond the rest of the song and i do not think that it represents the star level and grace of the rest of the song.

Thanks for the input but can you be a little more specific?
The ending for the new extra remains mostly unchanged compared to the rest of the map, any specific parts or anything?

the part after the stream. at 2:38:207 you can see a nice looking large triangle with a few notes in-between. this triangle has i believe two notes in the middle that you play upon completing the triangle. it really throws off the balance of the rest of the map in-my-oppinion. i also feel like that part right after the stream is a little centered towards the center of the screen with (i really love the map... im just pointing out what i would change) not a lot of spread out notes. The rest of the song seems to have lovely tasteful jumps that span all over different parts of the screen. the part right after the stream feel (in my oppinion) a little jumbled together. I love the map. It is clearly one of my favorites. Just thought i would point out a little of what happens after the stream that im not a huge fan of. Keep up the good work!!

Saw the new update. Lol the extra imo is getting really good, it already is* with them sliders. You shouldn't touch it anymore

but I noticed a kind of weird slider 01:50:444 (3) - zzz I think this one can be improved, make it a bit more simple perhaps hue overall pretty good lol get my star~ and get this ranked asap!

I fell in love with this map the first time i played it, so heres a mod for the difficulty i felt most comfortable with

00:47:286 (4) - This slider is interfering with the hp bar as seen here : https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2983009

00:49:812 (3) - Same with this one

00:57:786 (4,5,6,7) - Its the only time in the map this pattern comes up. To me this feals weird and out of place. Consider changing it

01:32:601 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The distance from 1 to 2 makes it feal weird and doesnt really fit in the flow one would expect here. Consider changing the pattern

02:35:286 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1) - two things bug me about this.

- First its the sudden burst of difficulty (The jumps that are before and after this dont compare)
- Second i dislike the change to 3 singletaps and the tripple, it seems random 02:37:654 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -

02:58:180 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - consider turning into one stream

Really love the map and hope you consider the suggestions

SummaryI decided to stop modding this set, since Fort's diff would result in a wallmod of its own and I'm already getting pretty tired. I think you guys should really put more effort into wondering why you should make the patterns you make, how they'd fit where they are in the music and how enjoyable they'd be for their designated player. It really, really feels like none of these diffs had too much thought put into them, and I can see in every single diff that each and every one of you has potential as a mapper, but seems to care for ranking more than about quality. I highly suggest you all revise your diffs and make sure they are the best you could've possibly made them before continuing to try to get this ranked.

To get something like this (instead of this, try hitting ctrl + shift + d and setting the points to "6" and distance spacing to 1.2 (make sure your beat snap divisor is at 1/2 before starting, and that you're on 01:03:075 - on the timeline), then all you need to do is position it right and fix the directions of the notes, and add the 1/4 repeat slider at the end. okay prettier now
01:15:546 (4) - If you're gonna do an overlap like this, at least place it at x301 y80 so it's even fixed
01:30:072 (3,4,5) - This looks aesthetically much sloppier than the previous rhythms, any reason for that? not sure what you mean here

This is an extra, so you can easily afford larger jumps (and in this case a larger jump costs less effort than a small one, considering the top right of the screen is very pressurized) good point, fixed using something similar to your example
01:07:812 (5,6,7) - This is suuuper awkward, try moving 01:07:970 (6) - to x285 y264 and ctrl G'ing 01:08:128 (7) - . I mean, honestly I'd rather tell you to redo the whole pattern here but if you want to keep the general idea, that's what I'd suggest. kinda redid this, hopefully this is better
01:08:917 (1) - Why not make this into a single circle instead, and then move 01:09:154 (2) - to 01:09:075 - x451 y28? Just a mild suggestion to make things more interesting. okay, changed

SummaryI decided to stop modding this set, since Fort's diff would result in a wallmod of its own and I'm already getting pretty tired. I think you guys should really put more effort into wondering why you should make the patterns you make, how they'd fit where they are in the music and how enjoyable they'd be for their designated player. It really, really feels like none of these diffs had too much thought put into them, and I can see in every single diff that each and every one of you has potential as a mapper, but seems to care for ranking more than about quality. I highly suggest you all revise your diffs and make sure they are the best you could've possibly made them before continuing to try to get this ranked.

I realize this mapset could be a lot better as I'm not that happy with it either but I'm seriously quite done with it. If a remap/large amounts of changes is necessary for it to be rankable, this will probably rip as i don't think I can do it again -.-

Thanks for the respectful reply, I was getting a bit tired near the end of the mod so I may have come off a little cranky haha, but I'd like you to know that you're free to pm me in-game if you'd ever want a better explanation of what could be better. This set doesn't require a total remap, just a small change in mindset. Fort/Starforts diffs do need a lot of revision imo but even if they just applied some more mods and you worked just a bit on altering the mindset of your own diffs you'd already be a whole lot further, and the set would probably be a lot easier to qualify.

I agree with Tess' mod as I had a lot of issues while playing this map, from Readability issues to weird patterns. I am sure I can do a check to the Insanes / Extras if moph agrees with this.

However, this is an excellent song, good selection!

I'm surprised this map isn't ranked yet! It's nicely done.

IMO: I personally liked the old pattern you had going on "Fort's Extra" difficulty at around 1:25-ish. The crisscrossing was fun!
