All timings are correct, All notes play fine. Checked Autoplay. All SV's are good and 1Mio score is possible.

hmm ... seems to be some BPM timings are wrong, i will give you the correct one:

I am here as Kuo Kyoka's post lists rather important issues that have to be addressed. While I don't know much about mania, I believe that the concurrent volume levels have to be fixed as well as the SB elements which are of unreasonable size. As those things are valid for all modes.

Here are a few things you should do.
  1. sb\3rd\aya-hatate.jpg - doesn't do any scrolling, hence it has to be reduced in size/cut.
  2. sb\12th\alice-x.jpg - from what I see this one doesn't scroll either. Could also use a cut/resize fix.
  3. sb\16th\Flandle.jpg - aspect ratio is broken here. Care to fix that, please.

    There might be a few more, so, please have a look at the SB once again.

but for now i will drop some other unrankable issues:

Here i my suggestion: make the resolution of alice-x.jpg become exactly same as alice-a.jpg which is 640 x 833

make red timing have 60% volume or make green timing have 100% volume, by your decision

06:52:435 - on here, green timing is unsnapped, move it back to 06:52:433 -

NOTICE!: All these Timings are without! the Green Lines!

These should be now more accurate.
Overall we moved 2/3 of the Song -6ms. Also we changed a BPM in the Slow Part in the Middle to be more accurate. Try it out, fix things and call me please back so i can make a full recheck.
Then i call Kuo to make 2nd check and we got Kamikaze to Qualify it then
