Rascal does not dream but a lot of people wouldn't count it as a slice of life because of the supernatural part, so in that case i'd say horimyia.
for anime, top 1 is yuru camp S2 and top 2 is girls last tour
for manga, top 1 is shimeji simulation

If you count the haruhi suzumiya series as SOL, if not, probably clannad would be my goat. A hidden gem that i enjoyed was suzuka
