first off. Use just "pigstar" as the artist/romanised artist. Move "ピッグスター" to the tags.

Second of all. The OST has the TV size on it, but there is no official listing or scans that I could find. Therefore I can't really give you an answer on what to use for it. It's honesly safest to remove TV size ver. entirely unless someone can provide a scan of this CD. (It's over 6 years old though) All of the unofficial sites have a lot of conflicts so it doesn't help (iTunes/Amazon/etc)

Basically, the title is there, but it has no way to confirm what it is unless someone owns the ost.

To every diff: 00:14:393 - ~ 00:18:216 - Those clap spams are the way too loud, reduce them like 20% or so
It should be ピッグスター in the tags (no space between pig and star)

00:06:752 (3,4,5) - Is the spacing supposed to be like this? I'm not sure since you used 1.2x for every objects previous to the part here, it'd be better if you can re-adjust the spacing. (Or you can place same spacing between (4,5) and (5,1), such as the example shows.
01:03:193 (6,1) - I don't think this pattern would be easy to read after a quick 1/2 since (1) stacks on 01:03:056 (5) - properly. As a player, I read it as 1/2, which is pretty wrong. I'd suggest you to combine this two notes to a slider, and it would be same as 01:02:645 (4) -. (Or re-adjust the placement a bit to make the pattern more readable.)

It would be appreciated if you can try to add some slider-slidertick.wav that goes for clap sound since it's hard to follow 24 claps in easier diffs and if you don't do that, there would be some parts that are really empty (e.g. 01:20:384 (1,2,3) - ) so it would be nice if you can add it but if you're so lazy or just don't feel that's a great idea feel free to ignore me where is my commas

It would be appreciated if you can try to add some slider-slidertick.wav that goes for clap sound since it's hard to follow 24 claps in easier diffs and if you don't do that, there would be some parts that are really empty (e.g. 01:20:384 (1,2,3) - ) so it would be nice if you can add it but if you're so lazy or just don't feel that's a great idea feel free to ignore me where is my commas I'm lazy to do it and I prefer to keep it because this difficulty has another patterns of hitsounds as you can see

I agree with Desperate entirely, even though the spinner follows the music, newbies and advanced players will get tired because of it, due to its length. It's semi-tiring for me, and to think what it will do for beginners.

To be honest I still think the spinner is too long, you might as well end it at 01:32:381 - and it wouldn't change much except the Easy diff gets more playable and the harder diffs get more interesting.
Minor, but having the Preview Point at 00:00:700 sounds a bit better. Due to the almost-silence at the beginning the Preview seems delayed atm.
Both Insane and Romantica need some work about inner difficulty consistency (aka removing difficulty spikes) and a little bit about spread, but I'll mention that in the diff-specific mods below.

Easy

00:08:394 (4,5,1) - These 3/2-gaps are very likely to be misread. With that low spacing you are using, there is not a very big difference to 1/1 or 2/1-gaps and also the BPM is really high, so I highly recommend you to avoid this rhythm! One solution would be this: http://puu.sh/d43ZT/91c5ec3e06.jpg Simplifying the rhythm in this way might sound strange first, but I think it works well when you leave 00:09:488 - without any hitsound. Second option would be to do this imo: http://puu.sh/d445H/013f666e62.jpg The 3/2-gap here isn't as problematic because a slider is following afterwards.
00:20:398 - You need NC here imo, since it's the start of a new section (the verse). You can remove the NC at 00:22:580 then, since you seem to place a NC every 4 measures in the verse.

00:05:931 - Remove NC, since you placed NCs every 2 measures before

HP 6 seems better. After all, it doesn't make much sense to have a lower HP drain than the Hard difficulty.
00:08:941 - This NC seems a bit weird to me and it doesn't really fit your patterns..
00:15:465 (2,3,4,5,1) - The jumps in this pattern are too big compared to the rest of the map and create a difficulty spike with much impact on the star rating, too. It would make more sense to use similar spacing to 00:14:393 (2,3,4,5,1) - For example a pentagon (not done correctly in the screenshot): http://puu.sh/d4TjH/83f7437b91.jpg
00:18:080 (7,8,9) - This triplet is another difficulty spike. It is really difficult to play on such a high BPM, especially after the jump pattern. I'd recommend you to change it to a 1/4 reversed slider.
01:27:477 (3,4,5,6,7) - I'd also recommend you to lower the spacing of this pentagon a bit for similar reasons as before, maybe 1.4x spacing could work?
Other jump patterns / 1/4 seemed to play smooth enough for me, but the ones I listed definitely feel a bit out of place in a Insane diff on these BPM ;w; If you are unsure about it, you can ask me for more explanation or ask other mappers / BATs / whoever for opinions ~~If I'd be a nazi I'd tell you that some of your stacks like 00:02:669 (4,1) are really off...~~ Good job!

00:55:289 - Try Finish + Whistle + Clap here, like Gero did in the first kiai-section. It seems more consistent and powerful then Same applies for most of the finishes in the kiai - Just check it to be consistent in some way.
There is one (a bit subjective) problem left in this map, it's difficulty spikes / inconsistent difficulty throughout the map. Gero's parts have really simple and smooth flow all the time, yours go in that direction too, except one pattern that you use pretty often. I know, it's about style, but the huge back-and-forth patterns like 00:24:080 (6,7,8) have really extreme flow that is so difficult to play on this BPM, and it just doesn't fit in the map as a whole at all. I've been asking around for some other BAT's opinions, and they agreed with me. If you really don't want to fix these it should be okay, but I highly recommend you to do so in order to improve the quality of this map a lot. I'll try to give suggestions that keep the pattern mostly as they are (so you don't have to remap anything) and I'll try to make them fit your style as good as possible.
1. 00:18:489 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is the first pattern where this applies. A very simple solution would be to switch the positions of 00:18:626 (2) and 00:19:171 (5)
2. 00:21:626 (4,5,6) - Here my idea would be to move 00:21:762 (5) more upwards, for example like this: http://puu.sh/d4V6n/2a4f6d1a06.jpg

01:27:477 (3,4,5,6,7) - I'd also recommend you to lower the spacing of this pentagon a bit for similar reasons as before, maybe 1.4x spacing could work? - changed 1.5 :3 ?
Other jump patterns / 1/4 seemed to play smooth enough for me, but the ones I listed definitely feel a bit out of place in a Insane diff on these BPM ;w; If you are unsure about it, you can ask me for more explanation or ask other mappers / BATs / whoever for opinions ~~If I'd be a nazi I'd tell you that some of your stacks like 00:02:669 (4,1) are really off...~~ Good job!

Yes of it's fun ;w; But not for an Insane on these BPM when you compare it to the Hard / Extra diffs and also, it has a huge impact on the star rating, if you don't believe me you can try it out >< But well, it's your choice after all

To be honest I still think the spinner is too long, you might as well end it at 01:32:381 - and it wouldn't change much except the Easy diff gets more playable and the harder diffs get more interesting. I've talked with TicClick about that and he said is fine so I prefer to keep it as it is now
Minor, but having the Preview Point at 00:00:700 sounds a bit better. Due to the almost-silence at the beginning the Preview seems delayed atm. Fixed
Both Insane and Romantica need some work about inner difficulty consistency (aka removing difficulty spikes) and a little bit about spread, but I'll mention that in the diff-specific mods below. ~

Easy

00:08:394 (4,5,1) - These 3/2-gaps are very likely to be misread. With that low spacing you are using, there is not a very big difference to 1/1 or 2/1-gaps and also the BPM is really high, so I highly recommend you to avoid this rhythm! One solution would be this: http://puu.sh/d43ZT/91c5ec3e06.jpg Simplifying the rhythm in this way might sound strange first, but I think it works well when you leave 00:09:488 - without any hitsound. Oh well, I talked to some BATs and QATs and we came to the conclusion that this definitely needs more work before it can get back to qualified.
Also, I didn't mention some things last time I modded it (because I had the feeling it was minor / not fitting your style), but I will do now, since they suddenly bother me more than they did before, especially rhythm issues in Easy.

[Easy]

00:04:569 (5,1) - You might Ctrl+G these rhythm-wise to have the same rhythm as 00:02:397 (2,3) since it is the same music.
00:11:677 (3,4,5) - It would be nice if you can reduce this rhythm to http://puu.sh/dbqqF/db7e5c3d5f.jpg so the density in this section is more balanced.
00:20:398 (1) - What would you think about a 2/1-slider instead? It's a bit weird to have a higher density in the verse than in the previous chorus. Also, you've been using more simple rhythm at 00:24:762 (1) for similar music.

01:08:125 (5) - Might replace this with a circle? It's the only 1/2-gap in the whole map and it seems kinda random to me.

I have talked to other BATs about the issues you didn't want to fix, and they agreed with me that they are indeed lowering the quality of this map. Currently, the difference of star rating (which is, in this case, quite fitting the actually difficulty of the maps) to Hard is really high while it's low to the Romantica diff. When you look at the Hard, it has sections that have almost no 1/2. Also, there aren't any bigger jumps. Romantica's density is comparable to your difficulty.
tl;dr: This is not supposed to be a fairly simple Insane (since it should be between the very simple Hard and the Extra) so you need to be careful with 220 BPM jump patterns.
00:07:710 (2,3,4,5) - This one for example is fine, since it follows a very natural movement. Same for all of the sliderjumps you have mapped.
00:15:465 (2,3,4,5,1) - This pattern has already been mentioned in the previous mod, and I need to repeat it here. A big triangle is a simple pattern, but on 220 BPM it plays quite difficult and does not fit the rest of your map nor the difficulty spread of the whole mapset. I highly recommend you to do something more simple, like 00:14:393 (2,3,4,5,1) - which is the same music. Try it out and see how it will reduce star rating, too.
00:18:080 (7,8,9) - After the jumps it's really difficult to get this triplet. Not even the Extra difficulty did something similar. Please be nice to the Insane players and use a repeated 1/4-slider.
01:27:477 (3,4,5,6,7) - Quite minor, but you could change the order of notes like this: http://puu.sh/dbtm8/28f3326c6c.jpg For consistency with 01:25:837 (1,2,3) - since you didn't use a stack there between (2) and (3).

[Romantica]

00:02:805 (5,1) - Some higher-rank BATs confirmed me that this jump is too big. It plays weird due to the linear transition 00:02:669 (4,5,1) - At the moment I can't think of a simple fix, so you might have to remap one or two patterns to make this jump lower.
00:13:040 (1,2,3) - The jump before and after these objects also seems really high compared to the rest. A simple solution would be to move these objects to the lower-right so that the jumps get smaller.
01:19:023 (7,1) - Why didn't you use a jump here? You used to do that for cymbals and it would also fit Habi's (jumpy) parts better.
01:20:384 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - I'd also use higher distances here. The drums in that section are really strong and the vocals have a loud hold-note, so you need to make the mapping a bit more epic to fit this. 01:21:339 (5,1) - Definitely needs to be a jump, because of the cymbal.
01:25:566 (4,1) - Again, I'd expect a jump between these.
01:25:837 (1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,3) - Rhythms are a bit weird here. 01:26:387 (3,4) and 01:27:477 (1,2) sound the same in the music, so I'd expect a pattern that is similar ;w; Atm, it is mapped so that 01:26:387 (3,4) and 01:26:937 (1,2) belong together rather than the patterns I mentioned.

00:18:489 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The more experienced players agreed with me that this is the most difficult pattern of the map and it plays really weird. I recommend you to think about changing it again. It technically plays quite well, but on this BPM the movement doesn't feel smooth at all.
00:20:398 to 00:36:732 - This section needs the most work. I don't want to force you to do something you don't want to do, but in this section the jumps often don't fit the music well. A big jump causes a really big emphasis on the note you are jumping to. That means, when you have a jump pattern although the music is pretty calm at that point, it feels weird when playing. I'll list you patterns which should be changed. If you don't agree to simplify these / to do major changes to your parts, of course I can do nothing about it, but I can't bubble the map in this case, sorry.
1. 00:21:626 (4,5,6) - The music is almost empty here (atleast there are no emphasized drums / vocals [except the regular clap] or anything significant) so these jumps feel overdone.
2. 00:24:080 (6,7,8) - A jump from (7) to (8) can work well, but the current one feels overdone a lot.
3. 00:27:216 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - It would be nice if you could reduce these ones a bit, too, as mentioned by other BATs. Personally I think these ones are quite fine since they play really smooth, but it would make sense to reduce them.
4. 00:34:570 (1,2,3) - Here you could try something like http://puu.sh/de130/f64fc898bc.jpg for example, or reduce the jumps in a different way. Especially (2) to (3) is too big atm, since there is no really emphasized note at (3)'s head.
01:03:056 (5,6) - I'm still worrying about this jump, since most of the more experienced testplayers were not able to hit (6) in time (they always hit a 100) because the jump is too big and quite sudden. Maybe you'd like this position for (6)? http://puu.sh/de1cy/1f435b7256.jpg

I wanna reject this because this is intentional and to be honest if I fix it, I will not be comfortable because that hurts my style mapping.
