Not sure if this falls under skinning, but I really want to customize the big pink bubble thing that says OSU!. You know, the thing that you click on to play/edit/options. Is it possible?

Another thing is how can I change the desktop symbol for osu? Like, this thing: http://puu.sh/8mkJY.jpg
