osu mania ranking criteria doesnt specify rules for songs above 3:30

i wanna make a chart and make it ranked and i know theres rules for charts and song i picked is 4 minutes long and ranking criteria for mania doesnt specify for stuff above 3:30. do i just follow 2:45 - 3:30 rules?

4 minutes is def longer than 3:30 minutes, you can stick a single diff and make it ranked

As far as I can tell from beatmap listings, there are songs over 3:30 minutes that are just singular high or mid difficulty and ranked. Judging from that specific section of rules, it really is just concerned with how songs are mapped. I can even find some ranked maps where the timespan rule is just straight up not followed lol (they were written a super long time ago, who knows what the current ones are). But if you want to make 2 difficulties to be safe, go for it.
(Reading through these rules, I think I understand why so many patterns feel so similar or restricted...)

they are the current ones and should be followed still, you might just misinterpreting them like the less than 2mins says it can be 1 single diff if the diff is normal or you can have a spread starting from normal as the lowest diff or make a spread with 3 difficulties lower than the highest at a good progression so something that starts at an insane is still allowed

they don't have a specific rule for above 3:30 because there isn't one, it's a rule for shorter songs to make sure all skill levels get content to play
