random pain in back????????

just now i was plaing a song until a sudden sharp pain hit my back and now whenver i start putting effort in that sharp ahh pain hits my back its so annoying. note i had a pain there for past few days but its was more of an ache

edit: i can still paly but damn is it hard to focus

Get it checked out instead of ignoring it. Looks like it got wrose because you've ignored it and haven't figured out whats causing the pain.

it randomly came up one morning so i just assumed its a bad sleep and also me trying to improve my posture. might have been thee stretches ive been told to do, since that specific area is uncomfortable when i do the stretches.
