2 weeks ago i did my first 95% 4 star in 6k and now i 95% a 4.7 star am i progressing slowly of fastly. i know i shouldnt really care about improvement speed but fun but idk bro im curious

dont worry about it too much improvement comes with patience and consistency and not being afraid of trying out new things
compare your last play and now in your "local ranking" see if it changes any details and i did this alot too to see if i got better from my last play

Set some scores when you're doing good and warmed up, try the same maps again 1-3 months later, when you're doing good and warmed up. Thats probably the easiest and most direct way to measure progress.
Some other ways are. Some patterns are feeling less awkward. Some maps getting easier to read. Some maps you feel less physical or mental strain for a similar score/acc. Making progress toward whatever goal you set. Playing songs with a plan in mind means you're more than likely gunna improve over time (whether its LN,acc, FC, vdifficult stuff, learning an awkward pattern, revising your technique, etc). And more!

you could know by seeing if your fingers feel faster and if you feel like you could try a harder map, this is my personal preference of knowing if im getting better, but people progress i different speeds and ways!!! ^^Slowpoke1135 wrote:
