asking for 7k aswell because theres only like 22 6k players ever in the world. if any 6k players here, tell me how accurate star rating is. i know 4k star rating sucks but i wonder for 6k (7k too ig)

if 4k is bad, then 6k would be less accurate as you get into higher SR maps.
knowing how to deal with star rating for anything above 4k should be considered a skill man, every pattern has a different base star rating, every variation have a different star rating...You have to learn from experience.

ok that justifies why im S ranking some 4.7 stars but only A ranking some 4.0 - 4.3 stars. i think the issue is that osu star rating doesnt take finger dexterity to account and how hard it is to hit a pattern, take 4/2 chordjack and 6/2 chordjack on 6k/7k for example even if 4/2 is less notes your fingers are moving more
edit: the star rating system be seeing the chart as 1k+1k+1k+...=Xk
so THATS why i struggle more on a single stream rather than a jump stream on same bpm!
