So first let me say this is my first post so if its in the wrong place im sorry.
little back round info
since feburary (239,000) i have been massively improving went from ar=7 hards, to 180-240 ar=9 songs. currently sitting at around 69,000 rank, the problem i am having is when i play anything fast or high note count,i get pain in the top of my left hand, and it gets tired to the point where i can barley push the keys.
when i was playing i could play for 4-5 hours no stop, but now if im doing 200 bpm songs i can only last like 20 mins and then i have to take a hour break or so or else the pain and the fact i cant play anymore stops me.
i mean i find them not to hard to play, its just my hand gets so tired, pretty much i'm at the point where i can't progress because of my left hand pain.

any advice?

Links below are some of the songs that i am trying to play but the pain stops me, for reference
every song is played at hardest difficult (extra) accept cheeky peaky because its ar10

You're over straining your hand. Take a break, like a weeks break not just one hour.
Feeling pain is a warning sign your body tells you; if you ignore it, you'll end up injuring yourself.

Suggestions? Stop playing.

sounds like a plan i will take a week break see how it goes after that, i appreciate all the help, i will try to update this after my break.

are you resting your palm? that increases strain when singletapping unless you're doing it with only finger motion

yea i have a wrist pad my palm sits on, same height as the keys on the keyboard, its really happen on fast single tapping its seems to be more on streaming maps, fast triples, etc.
