So i click really and i mean REALLY hard sometimes and my ears hurt XD, but when i click not so hard my speed and accuracy is just gone. Plus i want to play quieter so i would not make everyone's ears bleed and my fingers hurt more if i press harder. So what i do?

im not even gonna ask how you are hitting hard at this level. anyways, just keep playing and see if it goes away. if you wanna try fix it, conciously tap gently since youre probably conciously thinking about hitting notes anyway
also you might be not even hittung that hard in first place, search etterna on yt and find a video where you can hear the keyboard and compare how loud it is. if youre inputs are the same/quiter then youre good, if its louder then you should do what i said above

imo when you get to higher maps, you will eventually learn how to, as faster map will drain lots of stamina If you hit them hard

Id try playing stuff way below your skill level and consciously try to tap as soft as possible, even if it still hurts your acc/speed
You could also try to not bottom out your keypresses if your keyboards actuation point will allow it

And another problem with me is i cant tell if i have pressed a button or not if i tap gently cuz im so used to pressing my keys hard and all the way down or im just dumb XD and a funny story about the fingers hurting thing it doesnt happen often but it happens like once in a blue moon.

what keyswitches do you use? if you are using blues then you are cooked, otherwise try hitting the keys without lifting your fingers over the keycaps that much which will help you not accidentally hit other keys too, its a good technique to have early on as the songs get harder and faster later on. try practicing this on 0 star maps, also seeing as you only play converts (regular osu maps converted into mania maps) you should get real mania maps which are going to be more accurate/feel more on point with the song which you can find a good chunk of beatmaps all in one download in this post

Try to keep the fingers closer to the keys, that'll make the slamming keys a bit more quiet, since you won't be accelerating your fingers to mach 10.

Do you type on the keyboard normally, or click really hard? If you type normally, then try to do that for mania.
