Then move the Kiai on beat.
Also, resnap all notes because AIMod is complaining.

BPM is 144.00 not 140.00 lol,you guys are really fun (well i fixed my post now)

to YES this is the way to change timing
STEP1:+5ms to all timing sections
STEP2:resnap all notes by 1/4 divisor
STEP3:change BPM to 140.00
STEP4:resnap all notes by 1/4 divisor
STEP5: check all x2 or x0.5 timing sections (very important, if the timing section is wrong,sliders will mess up)
STEP6:AIMod for snapping
STEP7:play or auto play

because it is my mistake,so i fixed the whole thing for you

Offset:3324(1658)
I didn`t reset those X2 timing sections,because they are fine after changing the bpm and offset

01:01:065 (1,2) - I would suggest moving these 2 somewhere else, coz when playing, it's very hard to see them (They are obscured by the hit combo), the jumps are fine though, don't change the spacing, just move it to somewhere else where it's more visible ?
01:33:032 (4,1) - Spacing between these 2 is different from these 2 01:34:036 (2,1) -> Kinda very hard to catch.
01:34:057 (1) - I know why you put new combo here, but it's very confusing here because it follows right after 01:34:036 (2), and people might press this 01:34:057 (1) immediately after this 01:34:015 (1). I suggest you ask more people to test play this part and see what you wanna do with it. xD
01:34:036 (2,1) - Jump between these 2 is different from jump between 01:34:015 (1,2) too, and since they are all 1/4 beats apart, it would be wise to equalize their jump spacing.
Besides all the jumps mentioned above, other jumps are fine, I like it.

The only thing that I see is an issue is the lack of a hitcircleoverlay.png. Without that, the hitcicle skin by itself (mixed with other skins) would look really wacky. Sorry, but once you have that in, i'll bubble.
