You should propably tell more about who is considered an amateur and who is not. Maxrank, max playcount, stuff like that.

Why easy to hard? easy is way too easy, and there should at least be some easier ar8 insanes to test people's speed, so the competition is not just optimised for those people who obsess over accuracy.

And what is the format of tournaments? I'm not familiar.

So... some more clarification form OP would be nice. Are you able to use mods in this tournament?

~I just downloaded the beatmaps.... oh, God why?... thousands of good songs to choose from and he picks Taylor Swift of all things....

Maybe you could increase the number of people in this, and then divide the players into further atomised groups based on skill.

OP needs to clarify the requirements as well as adding more details such as time, how will people join the tournament, etc. There isn't enough info- not to mention they haven't posted on this thread at all.
