Diffnames should show their difficulty(excepting hardest diff), you should know that. How about making something like EvilHard and IrreHard?
And why do you call diffs like the song from some bemani game? That's not forbidden, but looks pretty strange.
AiMod says something about missing files, i don't know what is it, but look at them.

The Difficulty Names of the Insanes are unrankable according to the following Extract of the Ranking Criteria which says that you aren't allowed to name a difficulty just after its creator without clearely mentioning the difficulty level.
Ranking Criteria wrote:
A difficulty's name must indicate its level of difficulty, with the exception of the hardest level of difficulty in a set. The mapset's hardest difficulty may use an appropriate custom difficulty name, unrelated to an username. Mapsets may also use a complete set of custom difficulty names that clearly indicate their level of difficulty to the player. Marathon maps with a single difficulty may use free naming.
Check AiMod, missing files, no preview point etc.
Kiai's are inconsistent, the first one is in Elvis' diff shorter than in the other ones
Inconsistent Metadata, Elvis' diff is missing the Unicode Artist as well as Title

I dunno, it's a Vocaloid Cover so I think the BG is kinda unfitting here. Also the dark grey combo color is just barely visible but that's probably just me though.

00:17:827 (1,2) - Consider to stack them to be consistent with most of your other 3/4 Sliders. You've used stacking for 00:09:827 (1,2) - as well which is basically the same so please fix it for the sake of consitency.
00:27:327 (2,3) - The transition here feels quite harsh to me. Maybe you could try to move and rotate 00:27:827 (3) - a bit so that it creates a circular shape with the previous Object. Another thing you could try is make a Slider that faces the other way to create a cool turn here. Also the spacing here feels weird since the Circle is just touching the Slider so slightly. Well, I'd suggest a higher spacing which creates a gap between the objects to keep the emphasis of the strong (3).

01:11:660 - Consider adding a note here to 1. cover the vocals as well as drums there and 2. to emphasize the really strong 01:11:827 (1) - as the end of the first Kiai.
01:19:827 (1,2,1) - I don't know if it's just me but the flow here feels forced due to the very long line-ish movement here. Maybe you could try something like this. Another thing bothering me here is the rhythm. As you may hear she stops singing at 01:20:327 - and starts again at 01:20:660 - so that the tick inbetween is left out so it feels kinda weird to have the Slidertick hitsound there. I'd either split it into two Circles or remove the Slidertick Hitsound here. (This doesn't go for the other Diffs as they don't seem to follow Vocals here)
01:23:827 (1) - Move this to the left so that it follows the Circular shape of the following two Sliders to improve the flow and to make the turn smoother.
Well done Hard. A bit too much stacking for my taste but well, that's kinda subjective I guess. Overall you've done a good job.

00:10:327 (4,1) - The gap here feels a bit weird since these two notes are kinda connected by the instrument's hold. I'd rather go for a 2/3-Slider here to cover that hold and also make the tick at 00:10:660 - unclickable since the sound isn't that strong.

00:24:827 (1) - This Slider feels out of place considering that all your other wave/S-Sliders are just made with 4 Anchorpoints instead of 6 as in this case. Please consider to make this the same way as your other Sliders of this kind since here's no special emphasis needed which makes this feel really weird.
00:32:326 (4,1) - The between these notes feels really weird since there's a pretty strong note in terms of vocals as well as drums ignored at 00:32:660 - . This note should be mapped fro emphasis since it "introduces" the downbeat here so consider adding a Circle. Same goes for 00:36:660 - as well. If you apply one of this you have to apply the other one as well for the sake of consistency.
00:41:327 (1) - Perhaps you can move this to 10|85 to 1. get a more "O"-like shape with 00:41:827 (2) - which would also improve the flow due to a more fluent circular movment and 2. avoid it touching 00:40:827 (1) - since you avoid such overlaps in most cases.
00:49:327 (1,2) - Probably it's just me but moving this a bit to the lower left would improve the flow here a lot since you would give the player a lot more range to move downwards and to prepare for the turn provided by the Slider's track.
