it's a new idea for a tool to have besides the already existing one.
Just in osu! in "Edit" there could be somethign like "create beatmap with random notes" or something:
When you drop a sound file in you choose HP drain rate, circle size, approach rate, overall difficulty and maybe colours etc. and just click some button to create a beatmap with notes made by osu!.
And when you are done you can save the new beatmap directly in songs.
Maybe that could be realized... I guess there are many people around like me who just randomly listen to a song in radio or the internet and want to play it, but can't because there is no existing beatmap and the Edit mode seems to complicated ( i really think so.. ) to create one by himself.
