Make sure all the timing points are the same volume. Some red lines are at 100% still and are super loud.

OD5. Slow songs should generally have a lower OD because the margin of error in hits is really high compared to faster songs. Also the timing isn't perfect still, so OD is like punishment.
00:17:894 - Add a Don here to keep the rhythm leading into the 1/4 stream. Optionally you can add another Don here 00:18:144 to reinforce the rhythm even more making the 1/4 stream feel even more natural to play.

Timing appears to be in order now, and is much more playable with a lower OD to compensate for any outliers.

why were scores wiped? there were no changes to the structure of the beatmap itself; only the metadata
Scores are wiped regardless of any "unrank" now. Maps in Qualified are basically precursors to the ranked ones. More details in the description there: https://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmaplist&s=4&r=11
