купил себе гп xp-pen g640, поставил дрова отключил все ненужное, захожу в осу драгом играть невозможно из-за плывущего курсора, ховером нормально, но неудобно, не хочу учиться ховером играть, играю в лазере, мб кто-то знает how to fix??

What do you mean by "floating cursor"? Are you seeing your mouse and the osu! cursor at the same time? If not, can you explain what floating cursor means with like a screenshot or something, and can you see if you have game in fullscreen?
