General Information
- This is an international osu! Standard tournament.
- All matches will be played using Team VS, ScoreV2 and No-Fail.
- 1v1, double elimination.
- All registered players will play the qualifier stage, where top 64 will qualify for the final tournament.
- Rank range is set from #10,000 to #50,000. You have to be inside the rank range until the end of registrations.
- The tournament will use the following BWS formula: rank^(0.9869^(badges^2)). Pending badges do not count.
Scoring System
- In bracket matches, there will be two point counters: one for Accuracy and one for ScoreV2.
- Tournament stages will be first to n instead of best of n, where n = {5, 6, 7}, depending on which stage the matches are being played (read match procedures for more info).
- Player who manages to score n points in either Accuracy or ScoreV2 category first, wins the match.
- If both players hit n points in either category simuntaneously, the player with the next map pick will also choose the winning condition for the final map (Accuracy or ScoreV2).

General Rules
Qualifier Procedures
Match Procedures
- All players and staff are expected to treat staff everyone with a high level of respect, following osu! Community rules and osu! In-game chat rules at all times. Any mistreatment or abuse in match, through Discord, or other social media platforms (this includes, but is not limited to: harassment, extreme toxicity, racism, ableism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) will result in an instant ban from this tournament series.
- Before the tournament starts, every player will be screened by the osu! Tournament Team to prevent any suspicious activities. Individual users who are unhappy with their screening outcome should consult accounts@ppy.sh via email.
- Players are required to be in the Tournament Discord server for the duration of the tournament.
- Staff members are strictly forbidden from participating as players (this excludes staff roles such as streaming, commentating and graphic design).
Referees will be present in all matches - from Qualifiers to the Grand Final. When eliminated from the tournament, players can exceptionally join the referee team if they want. The staff team will try to cover as many bracket matches as possible with streams and commentary.
Qualifier Procedures
- Qualifiers will be used to determine 64 players for the final double elimination bracket.
- As the tournament's scoring system in bracket matches uses both Accuracy and ScoreV2, there will be two separate leaderboards made in qualifiers (one for Accuracy and one for ScoreV2). The overall leaderboard will then be made out of both two (average placement of the two), which will be the determinator of qualifier results.
- The qualifier mappool will consist of 11 maps, played in order, starting from NM1 and finishing at DT3. There will only be 1 run through the pool.
- Players have to choose a qualifier lobby at least 24 hours before the lobby start time. Players can also request an extra lobby if none of the default times suits them.
- Referees will invite all players to the qualifier lobby at least 5 minutes before the start of the lobby.
- There will be no warmup maps during qualifiers.
- In order to keep lobbies running smoothly, 90 second timers shall be used between maps for players to ready up.
- If a player disconnects during the map, they can replay it at the end of the lobby. Players can only replay one map. Disconnections are considered to be unexpected, game-breaking events out of a player’s control (keyboard/tablet/mouse malfunction, system failure, internet disconnect, etc). Offset, background dim, etc. are not considered valid reasons to call for an abort/replay as players may fix these on their own time.
- If a player fails to join their lobby 5 minutes after the scheduled time, they may choose to play the maps they missed at the end of the lobby (with the referee's permission) or reschedule to another lobby.
Match Procedures
- A referee will create a lobby and invite the captains at least 5 minutes the match starts. Captains are responsible for inviting their team into the lobby.
- If a player fails to join the match 10 minutes from the scheduled match time, they will lose the match by default.
- At the start of the match, each player will have one warmup available, which can also be skipped by player's request. Warmups shoulds be under 4 minutes in total length and have SFW music, lyrics and slider shapes (I can't believe I have to say that).
- Double picking and double banning is allowed.
- After warmups, players will roll for picks and bans. The winner of the roll chooses the pick order OR ban order. Roll loser then decides the remaining order.
- Order for picks and bans will be A-B-A-B.
- Players will have 60 seconds available for bans. If they fail to ban a map within that time, they will lose their ban. If a player wants to intentionally skip their ban, they should let the referee know.
- Players will have 90 seconds for picks. If they fail to pick a map within that time, the pick will go to the other player, giving them 3 picks in a row.
- Once a map is picked, players will have 90 seconds to ready up. Once the timer is finished or when both players are ready, the referee will start the map with a 10 second countdown.
- After the lobby is finished, a match link will be posted in the #results channel on Discord.
In an event of a disconnection, an abort/replay may be called if it occurred within the first 30 seconds of the map. Each player is granted one replay per match. Any disconnections after the first disconnect will result in the player's score and accuracy counting as 0, unless the player has proof of their submitted score on the map. - Throughout the tournament, referees will be trusted to make reasonable decisions on a case by case basis as each situation presents itself. If something is not stated in the rules, the referee will be allowed to make judgement based on common sense and valid reasoning using logic and/or evidence.
- Round of 64, Round of 32, Round of 16 and Quarterfinals will be First to 5, Semifinals and Finals First to 6, Grand Finals First to 7
- Each player will have 1 ban available in stages until Quarterfinals (included) and 2 bans in the later stages (Semifinals and onwards).
- There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Final if needed.
