It needs a better background. The quality doesn't seem best. You can call a Photoshoper like meiikyuu, you could see here: 103
In the tags, you forgot the add a space between No and Dap (No Dap).

I modded your bg (as foreshadowed in my previous post)

I found the cleanest version of the bg online that I could find then did my edits based off that. I first upscaled it to a height of 768 (osu's max allowed image height) then smoothed it to lessen the negative effects of upscaling. The image was 4:3, meaning it would have the top and bottom cropped off for players who play at widescreen resolutions. to counter this I added a reflective edge effect on the right and left in order to extend the image to a width of 1366 (bringing the image to 1366x768, osu's max 16:9 bg res). This reflective right and left bit will only be seen by widescreen players as it will be cropped off for people that play at 4:3. Here is the new bg:

Put some kiai consistency in No Dap's diff.

00:06:148 (4,5,6,7) - The thing that's weird about this is that you're pretty much have tilted lines going into a straight line, so it's just slightly off. I'd rather you have all of the lines going in the same direction
00:20:055 (2) - Parallel from (3) aaaaa
01:26:015 (1) - Lower this a bit so the curve is a full curve.

00:22:240 (1,2) - Remove NC. It's so small
00:26:412 (3,4,5) - Like pattern wise it's like yay coo it looks pretty but the jump doesn't really seem fitting for a transitional drum part, especially since the part where I'd expect a jump has a slider over it.
00:29:591 (2,3,4,5) - Compared to the rest of the map, a pattern like this seems super cramped. Also, the stack isn't really the greatest.

When I became BAT, there were a few maps I wanted to mod to bubble. This was one of them, but the map was in the graveyard for a while.

00:37:538 - It'd be sweet if there was a note here or something. I see why you do it this way, but it's just an awkward gap. Alternatively, you can make it farther away so the gap is filled by movement.

01:29:591 - It'd be great to have a note here to accent the last syllable
