According to this stuff. I guess those spacing are not intentional. because you always followed spacing rules, you can change them.

00:11:686 (5) - Delete circle. then the end of 00:11:232 (4) is 00:11:686. It's unnecessary to me.

  4. 00:45:519 (4) - Doesn't look really clean since it overlaps with the previous note, move it more to the left?
  5. 00:50:287 (2) - Add a whistle to the start to catch the piano?

  3. 00:23:720 (5) - passive slider here -- since there's emphasis on the downbeat at 00:24:174 it would be best to not have it on the tail of a slider. (same thing is handled better at 00:16:908 (1) - )
  4. 00:42:340 (1) - 00:49:152 (8) - combo consistency is broken here as well.
  5. 00:55:055 (1) - from the center of the previous spinner to this circle is a pretty large jump. the player's cursor is going to be in the center for the spinner, so if you were to put a circle in the center and end it at the same point when the spinner ends, it's a 2.10x jump. i'm also not too sure about the distance between 00:55:055 (1,2,3,4) - since the "intense part" (kiai time) has a lower distance snap than the build up (those 4 circles)
    combo consistency gets off a few more times that i didn't mention, so i'd go through and find those yourself

  3. 00:28:262 (2) - another place where vocals are being followed, but then switched to something else. awkward switch
  4. 00:34:847 - seems like there's something missing here considering 00:34:165 (4) - follows vocals, which are continued on this red tick. i'd say doing that
  5. double 1/2 slider thing like earlier in the map would fit better
    there's a more times where the change between vocals and instruments feels weird, so i won't mention every single one
  6. 01:01:413 (2,3,4) - would be best to line these up vertically

01:18:670 (1) - stupid thing here, but i think it would be nice if you stacked the end of the slider with the "O" in the background. it just works too well :P
01:25:482 (4) - seems like a pretty large jump from the end of this note to the spinner, so i'd say it's best to turn this towards the spinner center (or anything else to lessen the jump)

your bg had a lot of compression artifacts, so I filtered those out of the image. Here is that version:
I also made 2 more versions out of a version of your bg that I found online that didn't have the logo in the center, just in case that was something you might prefer. One version is more color-saturated than the other. Here are those versions:
