It depends, it could be one of the first 3 options.

I don't like watching it weekly, because I'd probably forget all the characters' names and what's going on, and having to wait a week would be bad. And you, what do you usually do? (You can vote in the poll, but I would like you guys to write too).

Most of the time I will wait. But if I don't, I would have something else to look forward to in the coming week(s).
Can't really say I prefer one over the other. If I do watch an anime every week, I'm more likely to remember what went on.
I find myself forgetting everything on what has happened if I watch a whole anime in one sitting.

Still enjoying either way though.

It's exactly the opposite for me...

I watch a very small % of seasonals, mainly, because with seasonals I have like a smaller selection that I have to wait for each episode to air or I could just look at older animes which I can alreaday watch in full right now and also there is like a bigger selection so more chances to find something I enjoy

but when I do watch seasonals, it really depends, some anime I watch after the season finishes airing, some I watch weekly, some seasons I don't watch seasonals at all and another I watch 5, it really swings

depends on my free time

I'm defo waiting cuz I wouldn't remember anything after a week.
And maybe it feels better to just binge watch

I wait for it to end, forget it for a few years, then finally watch the whole thing a few years later.

I wait for it to end as by that time all episodes should be on those websites

These websites are very useful sometimes.
If I'm not mistaken, Crunchyroll releases episodes with subtitles an hour later, but I believe this compromises the quality. I subscribe to Crunchyroll Premium, and yesterday I watched an anime available there on an alternative website. Why? I tried watching it on Crunchyroll first, but the subtitles were very out of sync, not to mention that, with the limited Japanese I've learned purely from anime, I could tell the translation was often quite wrong. Although this case is an exception, most of the time it's not even available on Crunchyroll.

It's not only wrong, the wording used is also weird and unnatural.

I had to pause the episode I was watching on Crunchyroll now, so I wouldn't forget to post it:
"Naruhodo" has just been translated as "what?"... I think anyone who has watched at least one anime in their life (with audio in Japanese) knows what it means. It seems like it was on purpose, honestly.
