[Archived] Mouse movement.

Problem Details:
Ok there are actually 2 problems.
1st The mouse moves strangely I cant explain it it just dosent move naturally.
2nd When I play any osu song and talk on skype in skype my sounds stutters but only when I play any song.
I have windows 8 so.

How old is your mouse? Might be the mouse causing issues.

For your first question, check if Raw Input is on in options or if your frame limiter (F7). Either that or check your mouse settings and see if Mouse Acceleration is on (Have to turn that off.) As well as check your tick for "Enchance Pointer Precision". I keep my one and do well so it depends on your preference.

Second question. Maybe memory/sound issues. Maybe try setting a high priority on Skype.exe in "Processes" by right clicking it.

Windows 8 or 8.1? Windows 8.1 without the correct hotfix also has mouse issues if the sensitivity is above 1.

Skype eats cpu a lot and could cause issues.

Does the mouse feel heavy? Like, does it feel like the mouse is responding later then your movements? Does it jitter? Something more needs to be defined.

For mouse issues, do the following:

Disable Enhanced point Precision in the pointer options. Start > Control Pannel > Mouse > Pointer Options > Untick Enhanced Pointer Precision.
Disable any mouse acceleration in your mouse drivers if you use an aftermarket gaming mouse.
Turn off any frame limiters.
Disable Aero. Right click background > Personalize (Win7) > Select the Windows 7 basic theme.
