One Week Friends (Isshuukan Friends) - The premise is hokey and unbelievable, but the execution is what matters. At the end of the day, this episode by itself is executed with innocence, optimism, and genuine emotion. We'll see how it goes, but I ended this episode with a big smile on my face.

Baby Steps - Very mixed reaction here. On one hand, it's a generic story that isn't the most impressive, either technically or writing-wise. On the other hand, it's charming. I'm avoiding putting it in the green because it's a trifle, but a nice little trifle it is.

Love Live Second Season - Yes, this is very obviously meant to market Love Live stuff. Yes, this is going to be more of the same. But if more of the same is stupid and charmingly genuine fun, then sign me up.

Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to - This show is on drugs. Some jokes feel forced.

Oreca Battle, Hero Bank, and Dragon Collection - Card game shows which target audience are children. Don't expect anything on these shows.

Haikyuu!! - The optimistic protagonist got me. Nice backstory too. I'm not really a fan of sports-themed shows but this one looks promising.

Keroro: Sunrise, I know you spent a lot of money on Love Live, but pls don't try creating another show that is so low budget that the blurry real life pic takes up the entire screen, making it just a blurry pic. I can excuse cliche lines, my I don't want my eyes to hurt when I look at the screen.

Oreca Battles: Another card game series, but aimed at kids. I don't think I can get used to card games where it seems mostly roulette based, nor can I get used to the kiddish jokes. Oh well, at least the CG was better than some of the shows I watched this season.

Dragon Collection: Yet another arcade card game aimed at kids. Having a card game all about guts, esp when no one really seems manly, sounds like a terrible show to watch. On a more random note, I noticed an Oreca Battle machine in the arcade in this show

Hero Bank:
Another card games aimed at kids..., The art seems to get worse each one I watch... Top it off with some bizarre money oriented battle system with an ugly looking battle form for an MC

Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to:
Normally overdramatization works well for gag series, but it is really hard to laugh when all the jokes are about a helpless pervert. They didn't make s single joke that was not perverted. Maybe it is because I heard all of these jokes before or maybe because my mood is not the greatest, I didn't laugh during this ep.

I really need to ask myself why I watched these things.

Edit: Guess I should post the rest of my catch up (note it is a bit late for me, so I rambled a lot)

Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara: Well for those that need their generic shonen harem fix this season, the show has finally arrived. I never really cared for the manga (yet still read it somehow), but the anime is bascialyl sort of what you expect it to be. An okay animation combined with harem jokes and an unexplained plot (that stays pretty lackluster imo).

Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V: Ummm, it's yu-gi-oh, what do you expect. Drawn out duels nonexistant (I think 4 turns went by in 7 min or so) or weird explanaitions for their duels. Beyond that, there was a terribly pixelated buidling to start off the show, and a huge lack of explanations about how cards around the field works. Not sure why I watched, but moving on.

Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo Returns: An actual mystery anime...wow, haven't seen those in a while. Well, it seems to be a fairly proper mystery peice with a introduction to possible suspects early on and a murder. I am interested in how this will turn out, so will stay for a bit.

Only one

Gokukoku no Brynhildr- Art is okay. Most thing seems standard so far. The female protagonist is cute, but I don't really like sudden personality change. Plot is interesting tough. Need some more episodes to decide whether this is good or bad.
Sapphiire_old_1
Black Bullet : looks realy amazing same concept as AoT Humanity on the brink of extinction. They built a barrier/wall to protect themselves from the Titan/Gastrea
From one side we get plenty of gore and horror scenes, but from the other they also deliver absolute cuteness with Enju and Kisara definitely gonna follow this anime

Fairy Tail 2014 : Aaaah Fairy Tail man i loved the first season i think i watched the 175 episode's in like 3-4 weeks i was so hyped about this anime when i discovered it 1st epsiode was awsome , so far so good :)

Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V: a card game on a bike wtf ? but oh well , a card game on a pink hippo no just no Yu-Gi-Oh! should have ended after the first arc

Duel Masters Versus : Card game anime ...

Dragon Collection : Another Card game ...

Oreca Battle : Surprise !!! a card game ...

Majin Bone : Cards everwhere

Just wtf are all those Card game anime's ... Till spring 2014 is called the Card season srsly ...

Mahou Shoujo Taisen (Magica Wars) - RIP Gainax. Well, at least the opening is appealing to me because livetune.

Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara - This show's raison d'etre is to satisfy viewer's harem fantasies. That's all. If you're looking for story, look elsewhere. If not, just expect this to be something cra- I mean like Noucome.

Soul Eater Not! - This feels like Saki: Achiga-hen because it looks less serious than the parent story. Of course, moe is one reason. Anyway, I'm up for this.

Black Bullet - This really looks like Guilty Crown v2....it's a bad thing. Going to watch a few more and see if I will drop it or not.
Sapphiire_old_1
No Game No Life Not a big fan off the animation , but oh man all the rest is perfect so far the story realy gets me , i already love the characters pretty sure this anime is going to get overhyped tho

Blade and Soul
SPOILER
The mark of a truly well done series opener is one that sets premise, introduces the hero and the general antagonist forces, incites action and sets purpose in the plot. Having watched Blade and Soul as my opener to the spring anime lineup, I can tell that this is going to be a very good season indeed.

Blade and Soul is based on a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) that incorporates elements of fantasy and martial arts in a really unique world reminiscent of both European and East Asian landscapes and styles. The game focuses mainly on becoming a martial arts hero who is striving to master the art of Qing Gong (or Lightness Skill) that allows an individual to essentially move at quick speeds pretty much floating or flying through the air. There are multiple races and classes you can choose similar to other MMORPGS.

Presented by Studio Gonzo K.K. who also gave us Leviathan~The Last Defense~ and Kimi no Iru Machi – A Town Where You Live, the art style is vibrant and stunning with some realistic elements to the animation styles. Because of the mature content of Blade the Soul the game, the anime is geared towards a seinen, dark fantasy, action crowd rather than adventure-quest fantasy lovers. Largely due to the already developed world in the game and the storyline there, the anime adaptation of blade and soul begins on a really solid plot platform.

Rating: 4/5 curiously excited clouds

The story opens very much like a game, you get your intense action scenes where the hero totally kicks ass and then walks away like a total badass, followed by a glimpse of the baddies who are more or less trying to track down the hero. Our main assassin girl is Aruka, of the Tsurugi Clan and really we don’t see her until we’re well settled into the world. Right after the prologue and opening song, we’re brought to a generic town where soldiers from the Param Empire have arrived at an inn to place a bounty on a woman with a swallowtail tattoo who murdered a “master.” This sets up Aruka’s character premise for us without formerly introducing Aruka with an overused internal monologue or flashback + voice over.

Aruka is approached by two guys who hire her to be the bodyguard for Moshiri Village that is of economic interest to the Param Empire. Aruka meets the village leader, a young woman named Mori who largely gives us a rundown of the political-economic circumstances of the land under Param rule. Mori reveals that Param is interested in the land for cultivating the sky spirit. It’s rumoured that the scent of the flower brings forth otherworldly things which is why Param wants to extend their control over these magics. Aruka was hired by the village as Mori’s protector during negotiations with the Param officials that arrive the next day. The guard who’s not killed recognizes the swallowtail butterfly just by Aruka’s shoulder and runs back to report her presence in the village. Being suspected by the village officials, Aruka reveals that was once used by Param. When the Param Empire receives news of Aruka, they send a man named Ganza to bring the Swallowtail Butterfly back.

That night, the village is attacked and burnt to the ground. We watch Ganza ingest a bottle of sky spirit which gives him extraordinary powers. He asks if Aruka is of the Tsurugi Clan and the fight ensues. The ordeal ends with everyone dead except Mori and Aruka. Even when Mori agrees to sell the land, Ganza claims that his sole purpose was to capture Aruka. In the end, Aruka and Mori are left standing on the cliff above the destruction. Aruka tells Mori to take revenge. Mori asks if Aruka was the one who killed the “master” Aruka replies, “It was them… I’m abiding by law.” She cuts her long hair (symbolic) and the episode draws to a close.

I’m very impressed with how the story was set up just in the first episode because many anime series tend to start slow in the opening. The trade-off for a strong world-building starter was that we really don’t get any insight on Aruka’s personality. Hopefully this changes as she opens up to her comrades throughout the series. If you’re looking with some plot heavy action this season, I would highly recommend Blade and Soul. The episodes are about the same length as usual seasonal episodes, however the amount of action and plot layered into that one episode can be a little overwhelming. Overall, I would say that this pilot is solid and we’re good to go with episode two.

selector infected WIXOSS - Definitely in love with the production design here. Really delicate art that I hope they keep up on a weekly basis. As far as the show is concerned, there's a few scenes directly lifted from Madoka and it hasn't really distinguished itself beyond being a grimdark marketing ploy for a trading card game yet, but there were a few scenes in there that made me intrigued to see more. It goes down decently, so hey, maybe it'll get better.

Soul Eater Not! - Pretty close to putting this into the red, since it took me quite awhile to get through this episode. Ultimately, what saved the episode filled with the antics of a character I just don't find interesting were the archetypical-yet-funny side characters who I hope get more recurring jokes than the ones that are already there. Animation is pretty great, even if the cameos from Soul Eater feel out of place within this art style. It's pleasant, and I just need to be in the right mood for it. Not bad, not good, just okay.

Chaika the Coffin Princess (Hitsugi no Chaika) - YES. THIS is how you write a goddamn fantasy first-episode based on a light novel (glaring at you, Mahouka). It doesn't get bogged down in exposition, lets the viewer pick things up as they go (not really holding their hand heavily), presents a likable cast even if they're archetypes, and things move along at a brisk pace. While the animation is good, it's not really Bones' typical caliber (probably because they're doing three shows this season). The art style and production design are really attractive and sell the show, though. Really well-done first episode, and I'm excited to see more.

Black bullet: Wow the ending had a lot of explanations. Overall an interesting ep that definitely painted a dark setting for humanity (very similar to any other story where humanity is living inside a wall), amdittedly with typical shonen leads. The martial arts were decent, but the use of CG and 90s style rapidfire sort of degraded the experience.

Mahou Shoujo Taisen: Another low budget boring gag series...

No Game No Life: A very impressive use of animation in show that was not that action heavy, whether it was the starting action scene or the fast card drawing. Shiro's seiyuu was also fairly talented. My only problem was all of the texture destruction and gradients that destroyed any sense of texture or detail in most of the backgounds (same artist as Itsuka Tenma, which is the root cause)

Hitsugi no Chaika: Probably one of the more storyline heavy light novels to be adapted, and obviously they explain nothing at all. The only things I have seen from this anime are brutal murders, decent animations, and undetailed character models. Tbh, I am not expecting much, but we'll see
Navizel
No Game, No Life - I'm not good with vivid art but I guess I can endure it if this will not become like Strike the Blood with all the fanservice happened. Also, the main characters' skill and knowledge about games are too impressive and too good to be true seeing all they do is playing MMORPG (they won on a chess so I will let that slide).

Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers - Yes, I know this is a show aimed for kids but I can't control the urge to watch anything Marvel-related. I also want to see if I will laugh at this for failing miserably or will be decent enough even for an adult.

Hitsugi no Chaika - So far so good. Great flow and great action scenes. The art is average though (understandable since they're doing three shows).
Magicphoenix
Haikyuu!! - Finally, a volleyball anime. And it's so fkin awesome x)

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii - Looks decent so far, could be fun but could also turn out clichee boredom :D Anyway, the female protagonist is cool
Tenshichan
Gokukoku no Brynhildr: Not bad at all. Really like the opening and judging by what I seen so far, I'm expecting some really exciting development.
Hitsugi no Chaika: Art and Animation could be more detailed, and there are barely explanations of whats actually happening in the first episode, so you are basically on your own. I want to see how it turns out though.
Love Live! S2: Really enjoyed the first season and the second begins just as awesome! All I can say is yes please!
No Game No Life: Surprised me how well done and interesting the first episode was. Definitely hyped for more!
Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to The Animation: Many perverted jokes which I couldn't really laugh about. Just another short Anime without any effort put into it at all.
Navizel
Fuuun Ishin Dai☆Shogun - A less serious and low-budgeted version of Nobunaga the Fool that focuses on fanservice more than mecha.

Dragon Ball Kai (2014) - Best watched with nostalgia goggles on. Still good.

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san - Just another unfunny short. Nothing to see here.
Justykanna
Blade and Soul: Not really a fan of this one. I do like the art but I'm really not a fan of the setting or the storyline thus far. More my opinion than a failing of a show because I can see why people would like this.

Black Bullet: I knew I recognized the main character's voice from somewhere... *ahem*. Anyways, another anime here that looks quite nice. I'm not usually a fan of anime where the only action is that with guns but hey, I figure we'll get more later. Enju's already found a way to annoy me because I'm just not fond of her character... Gonna keep watching this anime, probably my favourite this season given the first episode - though, I'm not sure how much that says.

Mahouka: Another anime I'm really looking forward to. I do hope all these school things are kept a little more minimal though. Maybe I'm just picky... Catchy LiSa song at the end (which is the OP).

Seikoku no Dragonar: I lost interest in this one not far in. Dragons look almost all the same, not a fan of the graphics and I feel like it's one of those anime that could end up being slightly silly. Dropped.

Fuuun Ishin Dai Shogun: Decent art but what about animating it? The show could have been made by simple flash movements. Top it off, with typical perverted jokes, and we get a terrible show.

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?: Stupider than your average girl group show, but it provided me with a good laugh as the show went on (The intro looked needed better arc).

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin:
While it started out with just an introduction of a harem and a perverted mc, there actually seems to be some plot behind this. Plus the animation is quite good. Going to at least watch another ep before stopping.

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san:
Fast Paced, intellectually degrading, erotic jokes

And for anyone wondering why I haven't been updating the charts. RL has been really busy for me. My schedule has pretty much been do work -> watch anime as a break -> do work -> sleep. I'll try to find time to update the chart soon, but RL does come first

As always, thanks for your hard work!
Yasen Baka
Mahou Shoujo Taisen: I was highly anticipating for a mahou shoujo anime, but this was a disappointment to me. Maybe it will hopefully become better later on?
Hitsugi no Chaika: Good promising anime. First episode wasn't a good introduction episode to the story, but it managed to hook me in.
Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san: It's better than any other short anime, and it has yuri for my weekly dosage of pure love? Why not?
piruchan
Mahou Shoujo Taisen- 4 minutes show, average graphic. Every background characters are the same. Not recommending this to anyone, unless you're really desperate for mahou shoujo (like me) and doesn't care about the overall show quality.

Black Bullet - Art and action is nice. Plot is interesting (it's another humanity build a wall to save themselves from the threat outside, but since I don't watch Attack on the Titan, I don't care). The only thing that I don't like is how the monsters look. I found one looks like a hybrid of duck and dragonfly, while another one is a spider with a beak. Other than that, everything is nice. Easy top 10 of the season for me. Also, LOLI AS HUMANITY'S LAST HOPE, that's something new. Lol.

Hitsugi no Chaika - I'm not really a fan of this art style, but that's pretty much everything that I don't like from this series. The plot is interesting, I found the action to be captivating and the characters interesting. It looks like it's going to be a little bit bloody, those who don't like that kind of stuff might want to think twice.

No Game No Life - It's the dream show for me. I love the plot (love to be in one as well), I like the characters, I don't know why they use red outline for the characters, but I'm okay with the art. Don't know what you think, but for me, this every introvert gamer's dream. Top 5 of the season. Top 10 of the year. Top 20 of all time. Let's see about that last one:) .
Tenshichan
Date A Live II: I really loved the first season and it is under my top favorite Animes of all time. So I was really looking forward to this. The first thing which crosses my mind: Why the fuck only 10 episodes? Such a shame! ;w; I really enjoy it and the first episode of the second season was amazing. Looking forward to the next episode Yamai twins yay!!

Ping Pong: The art was bad enough that I dropped immediately

Knights of Sidonia: Hopefully it was jsut teh version I watched, but unconstant framerates creating a laggy CG feel is terrible. Adding on terrible facial details and textures, and be just get something that is terrifying to look at.

Date A Live II: This intro filler arc was so cheesy, and the animation hasn't improved from last year... Why am I still probably going to watch this?
Navizel
Ping Pong the Animation - The story is actually good despite the art. This has potential. Might watch more.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin - The second half of first episode made it seem interesting, worth watching, and look like it's not your average harem rom-com light novel adaptation. I just hope this won't go downhill. Then again, I'm a sucker for action + romance.

Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? - This show could go either the La croisee dans un labyrinthe etranger (whoopsie) or the Non Non Biyori way. I just hope this would go on the latter.

Mekaku City Actors - Low-budget show. Props for SHAFT making the story as confusing as possible. I'm here for the head tilts anyway.

Knights of Sidonia - The overall quality is something you'd expect from an anime with CG art. Will watch few more episodes.

Atelier Escha & Logy - Alchemists of the Dusk Sky - Good OST and art. I don't know what the game is about but this anime start off with a great start.
Tenshichan
Black Bullet: I like it so far. The animation is quite good and the story seems interesting too. The opening sung by fripSide, really caught my attention. Its such a good song.
Dragon Ball Kai 2014: Nostalgia! But I don't like it as much anymore as I did as kid. But still worth to continue it.
Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?: Very relaxing Anime, a bit too relaxing. Cute art though and the characters so far are also really adorable. Gonna watch more of it for sure.
Isshuukan Friends: Even though the art is not that good at all, whats happening is what is really catching my attention. This will be really lovely to watch.
Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara: Weird idea with the flags, but still somehow interesting. The art is decent. However, it failed to deliver the true comedy aspect in the first episode to me. Probably will get better with the next episodes though.
Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin: Good one so far, got high expectations here, hope I don't get disappointed.

btw, someone help me, I just can't stop to try new Anime and they are just stacking and stacking and I am low on time ;_; what am I gonna do~

Watch some during the boring&not important classes (tablet & smartphone
On the Bus u can watch some!
When ur enjoying ur meal of course u can watch~

Dunno if those helped or not :)

This season will be so interesting~~!

No, I guess you are right! I need to think of something ;P

Here are two more

Escha & Logy no Atelier: Tasogare no Sora no Renkinjutsushi: I never played the game before, but it took less than 5 minutes to attract me already. The animation and art is amazingly beautiful and I like the opening song too, it goes well with the Anime. I directly took a liking to the fantasy setting, such a nice world. Oh, and the main character "Escha", I think she is a really nice and adorable girl :P
Mekakucity Actors: I'm disappointed, because after all this hype I expected much more. I think it is a bit confusing, at least for me because I didn't watch all the PVs and I didn't read the Manga. The animation seems rushed and mediocore and could have been much better. But even though, it seems interesting and story-wise I think this will be really good.
Justykanna
Anyone know a sub group that does Broken Blade? =S
Can't find it at all...

animeultima.tv actually uploaded its first episode just now. still don't know where they got it. People said they only transformed the movie into a tv series.

edit: forgot to add

Date a Slu- Live II - Just your usual Date a Live with its harem. Way to start a new season with a filler episode.
retepeters
Gokukoku no Brynhildr
No Game No Life

for now i really likee these 2

also going to watch date a live II cause i saw the first season i i wouldn't like to just leave it like that..
Mogsy
Ping Pong - This is speaking as a Yuasa fan: this is definitely simple compared to a lot of his past work. A lot of the art will turn most anime fans off. But the content here is better than it seems; it doesn't all work together but it's finding its balance. At its core, it's simple and lovingly crafted, and you can feel the passion of the project come through. Also some of the best Chinese I've heard in anime.

No Game, No Life - Irritating. I'm actually rather fond of the trippy colour palette and some of the animation. However, this is blatant self-insert trash. It's honest about what it is, but its concept is well-trodden and its characters are so far archetype wankbait (at least the loli is wankbait for otaku; the camera seems to linger too long on her crotch a lot). Yeah, not a lot of promise in this one. Madhouse is just doing dumb otaku wish-fulfillment garbage this season.

Mekaku City Actors - Hey, Shinbou? I know you've got a style that's meant to promote shock and awe but it gets old. There's so much of his typical style here oozing out of the pores that it just feels exhausting. It feels more at home here, though, since the story is a bit more engaging and appropriate for the directorial style it seems (glaring at Nisekoi here, that show did NOT need the Shaft treatment). The writing is the saving grace here, so we'll hopefully see good developments trump its confusing, exhausting style. We'll see where it goes.

Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou - So close to red here. I actively disliked the protagonist here, as he feels like one of the dumb internet "nice guys". The animation's kinda cheap but effective but what really does not work here is the busted lighting. The art design would be nice but everything is overly covered in bloom and light sources make NO SENSE and are constantly shifting. There are a few jokes that land and make me giggle which is why this is blue, but eugh. Probably not gonna watch any more, not my cup of tea.

Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to The Animation - Sexist garbage right out the gate. The less I see of this the better. Next.

Akuma no Riddle So far it's pretty fun to watch and pretty interesting. But I have a feeling that when the Yuri part is going to kick in that the show is gonna go downhill from there.

Haven't really had the time to watch other ones, but I'm gonna have a holiday soon and then I will.
Rio-
oh well... I was late about 2-3 weeks and just watched some of the Spring 2014 Anime recently ._.

Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season - As expected.... A Good (or perhaps.. perfect) show in this season (at least for me). Story are good and Graphics are nice too. Also Good songs as expected. Will following this series until the ends of season

Mangaka – san to Assistant – san to The Animation - for Me, It's pretty fun to watch and the comedy in this series are quite laugh my fucking ass off (my bellies hurt XD)... the Graphics seems good for me (reminds me of Baka to Test). Looking forward for the 2nd Episode

No Game No Life - Interesting series... about a N.E.E.T who trapped in a game-world (like SAO and Log Horizon, huh?). Graphic are quite good and I can understand the story well too. but I don't find this series impressed me much, so I give It a Neutral. I hope the next episode will getting better

Soul Eater NOT - didn't expect much that It will have a good story... but sadly, I don't like the graphic (I miss the old Soul Eater Graphic) also I just feel like to watch Soul Eater again. might follow this series until the end

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu Ka ? - Curious about this series, so I planned to watch It and yeah.... a good series at least in the first episode. Chino kinda looks like Hibiki from KanColle though XD... also I like the Background-Music, calm and quiet.... looking forward for the next episode

Mekakucity Actors - SHAFT Style... yes! somehow suddenly I fell in love with how SHAFT make the graphic-style of a series look pretty awesome. story are kinda a bit confusing in the first episode (since I haven't read the manga yet)... but I hope the next episode will be better

Black Bullet - First Episode really impressed me a lot... graphics and story are quite good and pretty amusing
will watch this until the end of season

*Maybe I'll see the others series too... as for now, I only watched those
piruchan
Date A Live II - There's plot this time, but everything else is the same as the first season. If you like the first season, go for this. If you watch the first season but not really liking it, try watching, seems like there's a good plot. If you don't like the first season, the leave it. I'm giving it a green only because I like the first season.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin - This is good, art is nice, the plot is interesting. Don't know why almost nobody says anything about this before the season starts. Top 10 of the season here.

Mekaku City Actors - Let me put this straight. Considering all the hype it got, it's a disappointment. The art is standard, but the seiyuu just doesn't fit well. It's not bad enough to give it a red. If you've read the manga and follow the songs, this is sub-par. But if you haven't, I suggest finishing this before reading the manga and listening to the music.

Maybe I should give Captain Earth a try, someone said it's good.
Luna
Mushishi Zoku Shou - What can I say, Mushishi is my favourite series and this sequel seems very solid so far.

Ping Pong The Animation - This was the only other anime aside from Mushishi that I actually looked forward to. Not entirely sure about how good it's going to be yet. Has a lot of potential, but could also turn out very mediocre... Will have to watch a few more episodes to truly form an opinion.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - Could just as well be called "Incest: The Anime". I knew it would be bad, but I still feel obligated to watch it since it's "the big one" this season. Please get back to making good shows, Madhouse </3
Rio-
Date A Live II - First episode wasn't impressed me much... but still, they did a good work in story and graphic. Will follow this

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - Impressed Me a lot when watching first episode... Good Story + Awesome Graphic = Nice series. will watch this more

Akuma no Riddle - A good show... since I love the dark atmosphere anime, then maybe I will say that this is one of the best anime in Spring 2014... will watch this until the ends of season
Sapphiire_old_1
Escha and Logy no Atelier I like the concept of this anime , the first episode was not that good Logy appears. They fix a windmill. That’s it. Other than that, standard JRPG script, proceeding from one character to the next one and also run-of-the-mill slice of life procedure with the cute girl sugoiing but i do believe that this anime has great potential #believe

Hitsugi no Chaika Nothing much to say about this one it is good will follow it , it get a bit annoying that Chaika speaks like a female frankenstein with adhd

Date a live II I enjoyed the first season quite alot , but man the first episode of the second season was so boring it was a pain the actually finish the first episode i hope it gets better ore i might drop this one

Gokukoku no Brynhildr
Death at every corner and people who can forecast these things... Magicians? Or something more? Gokukoku no Brynhildr is the first anime of the season where I feel largely conflicted. On one hand, the anime did cater to my interests with its pleasant sci-fi setting, the serene yet airheaded magician Neko, and the heavy emphasis on aliens, remorse, and destiny. Furthermore, many of these positives indicate long-term success too, as these are variables that are unlikely to change unless something drastic happens. So in that regard, I want to continue watching Brynhildr to see where this story is going and what will happen to these characters. On the other hand, I found the first episode to be tedious and boring. The writing, especially the lengthy exposition in the latter half of the episode, was a major turn-off, and the pacing slowed to tedium after the midway point. Additionally, there wasn’t really anything exciting in this episode, though I will admit the almost-drowning did catch me off-guard. However, the ending of the episode with the landslide and the boulder came across as ‘meh’, and I don’t have high hopes for future fights between characters with this as a reference to how Brynhildr will handle its action. So in that regard, considering my bored and disinterest with the second half of the episode, I won’t mind dropping it. With the two sides pulling each other, the best course of action is to give it another episode and evaluate which direction it’s heading in or how it addresses its weaknesses. The nice thing about Brynhildr is that there was plenty of material and aspects to evaluate from the first episode alone, which is always preferred over an anime that doesn’t show you enough in its first episode. Hopefully the second episode will show me more of the good than the bad, since that’s what will be needed for me to keep this anime around.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin 10/10 i give a 10 just after the first episode ? Yes i do ! this anime has everything i like in anime the art is beautiful , the characters are intresting and it kind of remind me of Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo cause both have no place to go , and the bond between Nanana and Yama kinda looks like that from Sorata and Shiina

Atelier Escha and Logy: Not really one that interested me. First episode didn't have much of anything and even the alchemy was boring to watch. Probably won't continue with this one.

Broken Blade: Mechs look so boring, kinda like Full Metal Panic. There is a concept of quartz and magick, but I don't see anything so far that looks amazing. Dropped.

Knights of Sidonia: Pure CG again and I'm not sure if it works here or not. I want to see a fight or two before further judging this one. If the fighting starts look somewhat flashy - like Ars Nova was - then I'll keep it. Otherwise, I might finish this up at a later date.

Black Bullet - Enju.

Mahouka - LN was nice to read, got some nice bit of action going on as well in here.

DAL2 - No idea if it'll get any better than season 1. I sure hope so.

Gochuumon - yes cute girls and cute animals

Love Live S2 - I wonder how they'll handle this. Looks interesting at least.

Chaika - Chaika puts me off a bit. For the rest seems decent enough.

Dragonar - I dunno, I'm just a sucker for lolis/small cute things. Eco is one of them.

No game no life - ^

Date A Live II: Not a great start into season 2 imo. The comedy was too dull for a first episode. I am hoping something new happens in this series and doesn't become the same thing from the first season.
Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?: Kiniro Mosaic v2.
Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara: Another anime with the "conquer the route/flag" theme. Unfortunately I don't find the characters from this anime aren't interesting compared to shows like Date A Alive and World God Only Knows. This show will need some likable characters for me to continue watching this.
Mekakucity Actors: The show looks interesting, but I can't draw myself into it yet. More substance is required before I can become indulged in the show.

Black Bullet I'm liking this one so far. It's got an interesting plot and it's enjoyable to watch imo.
Also, Enju is so cute :3

Final first impressions before I eventually go into fansub stuff:

Black Bullet - Bland, generic, boring. Not much to say here other than that, really?

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders - YESSSS. Finally onto the part of JoJo where I actually start loving it! It's a great introduction and I'm enjoying its over the top sense of style and fun. The animation budget has also thankfully increased, so hey.

Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara - This show can falter at any moment, but currently, it's cute and charming while still being funny for all the right reasons. It has hints of going strange places while ribbing on all of the typical moe harem tropes. It's neat.

Nanana's Buried Treasure - It's a fun ride using tropes that are a bit less common than one might think, but it's still archetypes acting as archetypes. The writing sucks but the execution is pretty entertaining.

As of this post: dropped Mahouka, Brynhildr, and NGNL.

I'm pretty late in, but just dropping one here.

Mekakucity Actors - I'm beginning to fall in love with SHAFT's style. Character designs are beautiful (especially my darling Kano//bricked). Obviously the animation could be improved in some places, (like crowd detail, and sometimes when they run forward they don't actually move :P) but it's nice. Jin's glorious writing strikes again. Nice OP and ED (ehmehgewd it's Lia //bricked again) and the soundtrack's quite nice. Obviously there needs to be some improvements, but so far I like it.

Short reviews of anime this 2014:

Black Bullet - It's pretty much lacking in comedy and romance. And that's a disappointment.
Nisekoi - Typical SHAFT style. Follows manga sort of. The SHAFTiness of the backgrounds dimmed out after a few episodes so I guess that's a good thing for a romcom.
Mekakucity - Mmm. A lot of SHAFT in this one. Ene Best Character 2014 <3
Ryugajou Nanana - I have no damn idea what the hell is happening here. Pretty fun to watch though.
Atelier Escha and Logy - First thing I thought: "Ah they're fighting monsters. This must be from a game!" I was right. Watching this only for Escha and her tail
Mangaka-san and Assistant-san - Meh. Not amazing but it's funny so that's something.
One Week Friends - The story is amazing. And the comedy isn't extreme. Everything is moderate and cute. Currently one of my favorites.

I don't plan on watching Mahouka, Date A Live II, or Brynhildr

Everything but NGNL is shit. Black bullet was meh, i guess

And JoJo, JoJo's cool too

Alright, maybe Ping Pong the Animation as well.
AutoMedic
Ok, Here it goes

Here's for TL;DR Coloring System

Awesome Anime that I can recommend
Good, Enjoyable Anime
The "Meh" Anime
The Shit tier

Also, I'll keep this one updated since I didn't finished yet the roster

Date a Live II- Supposedly to be green but the budget cut was dissapointing. Hoping for a third season.
No Game No Life- It's one of the Ecchi's that I enjoyed, ALOT. If you like good fantasy game animes, then here you go
Fairy Tail (2014)- TBH, this is supposed to be a blue one. But because of the "Dragon Apocalypse" thing, it sure left a good impression to me
Nisekoi- I liked the anime, tho not good for a long run. I'm expecting a Season 2 on this
Selector Infected WIXOSS- I'm a big fan of card-based anime's. What's better than card based animes, Psychological thriller card anime's
Soul Eater Not!- This is probably a dissapointment to me. A MAJOR one. I didn't like the devolution of the anime. It almost crashed down to hell. But hey, that's just my opinion. Go away Soul Eater Not! You displease me
Black Bullet- Oh Yeah, Black Bullet. Mother of god, I LOVE this anime. Even if I'm not into little kids, this one is a must watch
Puchimas!!: Petit Petit iDOLM@STER- Some short clips, still made me laugh alot. I'd recommend this one
Akuma no Riddle- The first Yuri I've ever watched. Pretty great and enjoyable. I wish for a second season
Keroro- I'm not a little kid, but boy, this is sure fun to watch. I watched Keroro Gunso and I enjoyed it. It fulfilled my expectations
Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season- I don't enjoy musical anime that much. Especially that first episode. Oh God. Anyways, I liked it. Probably gonna finish it once the show actually finished Disclaimer: I did not watched the first season, so don't sue me
Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V- Dropped after episode 1. I didn't liked it
Baby Steps- I don't like sports anime that much, but this one is probably an exeption
Dragon Ball Kai (2014)- The fucking complicated plot stopped me from watching this one.
Isshuukan Friends.- An alternative to Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. I enjoyed it.
Seikoku no Dragonar- "It's like Zero no Tsukaima, but with dragons instead" -Sonatora 2014
Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara- I enjoyed this. It gave me the lulz. Also, Poor Megu-cha- err I mean Megumu-chan

No Game No Life, Fairy Tail 2014 (Only do so if you've watched the first season, or you won't understand shit of where it left off) and Nisekoi. These are the ones that I would recommend for now.
