omg this is hot.
I have one issue with this and I think it's a bit absurd.
The 1/6 spacing is actually higher than the 1/4 spacing in most parts, making them really wonky to play, If anything, the spacing should be lower.
And I'm not even talking about distance snap, It's the actual gap by osu!pixels that is higher.

yes that's the intent. The spacing is depend on the malody and flow, not simply 1/4 > 1/6 blabla. Enjoy that with your cursor, eyes and ears , but not data :3

  • I find the custom hitsounds to be unnotably quiet most of the time, which is rather sad.. make them louder, perhaps :V

  5. 00:44:207 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - this stream starts so close to the previous objects, it's kinda overlappy and clunky
  6. 00:47:110 (5,6,7,8) - I'd make a switchup in patterns here since I feel this doesn't necessarily belong in the same "sound category" as 1-4
  7. 00:51:755 (4,5) - please don't do this; these sliders start and end on practically the same strength of beats and like this, you end up playing only one of them each, which is rather.. weird; just replace them with circles
  8. 01:08:787 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - there are actually 1/8 beats here, so I'd replace the first four circles with two 1/8 kicksliders (just one repeat each - gets the momentum across and you can make it a bit of a minijump, helps with a strong section finishing feeling)
  9. 01:25:336 (2,3,4,5) - these doubles feel somewhat random, like, I don't feel a clear start to them, so it's kinda meh
  10. 01:28:142 (1) - slider isn't balanced, the second redpoint is too early; you want an even parting of the sliderparts (generally, putting sliderticks to a higher rate so they are in the exact middle of the slider length makes sense to orientate with)
  11. 01:28:529 (2) - also rather clunky - would put the redpoint to 494|330, end to 458|308
  12. 01:38:594 (4,5) - I don't find 5 accentuated enough where it is; putting it to 205|13 is better
  13. 01:38:981 (1) - can you make this blanket 4, please, it looks a bit meh >:

  21. 02:13:045 (4,5) - strictly speaking, these sliders are wrong because they end on the practically the same beat they start on, leaving only one of them actually clicked and emphasized properly, but since this is a very calm section, you >could< probably keep them.. depends on whether you'd find yourself an alternative that is more true to the actual rhythm or not (also, in this section, I'd generally use a lower volume but highlight stronger piano beats with a little extra each time)
  22. 02:39:368 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this doesn't really make a lot of sense; there's no emphasis on where 4 is in the song, so the weird-looking change in angle (and object pairing) doesn't really give us anything worthwhile
  23. 02:40:916 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - we talked about streams like this on IRC - it's just way too clunky all-around and you should rather just pattern it in pairs of four, as it is in the music; also, the objects after this one are patterned in pairs of two, so you might want to emphasize that a bit better aswell while you're at it
  24. 02:44:013 (1,2,3,4,5) - this is rather clunked together, with 3 overlapping with 1's hitburst and all that; try something that's more spaced out/where sliderbodies don't interfere with another/less position recycling?
  25. 02:47:110 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - same as with 02:40:916 and a lot of other streams; not pointing explicit examples out any longer :v
  26. 02:51:755 (1,2) - there's actually pairs of 2*1/2 here, so you should replace the sliders with paired circles
  27. 02:57:174 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - rather confusingly close after you just had the tripples-with-sliders combos before at the same distance
  28. 03:21:174 (1,2,3,4) - oh also, with patterns like this, you want to reduce the volume on the sliderends (you could halven it or smth, no need to go all the way to 5%); the double-beating hitsound sounds weird a lot of the times
  29. 03:26:497 (8,1) - would probably reduce streamjumps like this a little, 1.25x should do

    So yeah, as pointed IRC, the rest is kinda the same stuff just in different places, hope you'll sort it out - would greatly help the map out to become an outstanding example of how to piano; you get the feeling right most of the time, but there's just those examples where it's either too clunky or not properly accentuated pattern/pairswitches.

    7.6/10, very much above average and if all issues get sorted out, you can probably get to an 8.9-9.4 easily.
