[Archived] downloading most ranked maps = gradually slows down to 0

Problem Details:
When I try to download ranked beatmaps, the download speed starts from a really slow speed then it will gradually slow down to 0b/s and nothing really happens if I stop the download and resume. Bloodcat also does not help, but I can say that it is faster than when I download beatmaps from osu but it still slows down to 0 b/s. It does not happen when I download unranked maps and some beatmaps. Can someone tell what the problem is? I already had this problem about a week now. Thank you.

If you're using a browser to download, consider using another browser or a download manager. Check if there's a difference.

I tried another browser....

and successfuly downloaded a ranked beatmap but when I dragged the file into the game the game said something like file error and stuff then moved the beatmap to another folder...

2nd try was the same problem with the last browser I used...
