Most of these things are going to be restatements of what everyone said before.

Soft:
00:10:370 (1,1,1,1) - 4 spinners in a row is boring and probably considered slider abuse, so this is probably unrankable. Please get rid of at least 2 spinners
00:21:397 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This part plays like a metronome with every beat 2 whole notes apart, please put something more original here
00:41:505 (1) to 01:01:613 (4) - ^ and make your combos follow a constant pattern. You started out with your combos being every 16 whole notes, but you switched to 8 whole notes per combo as the song went on. To solve this problem make each combo be equal in length
01:02:261 (1) - Since this slider is offscreen, it is unrankable. Please change the slider
01:43:775 (1) - add an inherited timing section and silence the end of the slider?

Since the other 2 diffs have large problems similar to Soft's issues, I am going to quickly cover the flaws of the other 2 diffs.

Medium:
A lot of the parts play like a metronomes, so please change it.
01:02:261 (1,1,1) - long sliders with large breaks between them is quite boring, please change this.

Tough:
A lot of the parts play like a metronomes, so please change it.
You don't have to use only straight sliders to make streams. Please use curved sliders too. It might be nice to have some of the streams to be purely beats too because having mostly sliders for 20s is also pretty boring.
Areas of few notes separated by breaks is very boring, so please remove some of the breaks and map them.

the sound level is also too high. use 7 or so

also try to think of some patterns for tough difficulty not only circles on full beats and streams...

What is basis of spacing? Spacing is different. For example, in 00:28:204 (4,5,6,7,8); spacing is changed suddenly. This factor make to confuse this difficulty player.

Kytoxid said please make spacing more consistent. I didn't see this beatmap old ver, but you need to solve and consider more this spacing problem and spacing basis.

Hmm. No problem in this beatmap. However, note forms are boring. Beacause note forms are simple in Tough. Note form is squarely 1/2 and 1/4 or for example only simple slide notes are covered in 00:51:880 - 01:02:150. These consistently form are make boring. I suggest that you need to make more special form note.

Really, there are not many technical problems, but the long streams of beats in all 3 difficulties are pretty repetitive and boring. You should experiment more. Put some other patterns in instead of long streams of beats.

This song...might be a bad choice for a beginner mapper..

Soft- zzz, guess its easy enough, but kinda boring for this fast song, oh well
and why did you use clap, then whistle, then finish for hitsound pace, stick with only one of them if you're ganna have 'em for each second note (I'd prefer clap, or whistle)

Medium- this could be so much more fun... not just a note per beat (with few exceptions)
hitsounds too plain, and don't use finish so much like that (same as Soft), use finish as a finishing hitsound (hence the name)
Anyways..
01:17:017 (8,9) - what is this mapped to? cuz the rest of the combo seems to be follow "vocal", shouldn't it be note on 01:17:017 and 01:17:033 then spinner starting on 01:17:066?
Don't hesitate to place a bit more notes and mixing short sliders in those notes instead of just continuous hitcircles

Tough- ow, do you know how hard it is to hit those streams at 185BPM? D:
I'm glad there are short (etna) sliders in this, but still, you should try mixing hitcircles and sliders together more, not an entire section full of circles and an entire section of sliders...
Like the other two, don't use paced finish hitsounds
and for harder diffs, use smaller grid size the whole way through

01:36:055 (7,9) - 1/4 to the right (7 onto the white tick, and 9 onto the red)

Though technically "rankable", it needs work if you want people to like the map :(

Here are some suggestions to make the map more interesting.

Soft:
Remove all the long sliders (Ex: 00:10:366 (1,2,1,2)) and just map those areas in a normal style
Also, there is a severe lack of shorter sliders in the map, so I advise you use some shorter sliders to replace some of the streams that are too hard for easy

Medium:
Again, remove all the long sliders.
This difficulty has the problem of playing like a metronome (esp the middle of the song), and this metronome is very noticeable because you have extended sections of pure circles in only diagonal and straight patterns. To make the metronome less apparent, I advise mixing in some short sliders into the streams and adding some curved patterns.

Tough:
I advise you focus on changing the first half of this difficulty.
This diff finally has short sliders, but when you use short sliders or streams, they are the only pattern that appears the entire section. Sorry I am asking for a lot of remapping, but I believe that the map will greatly benefit from remapping the more monotonous parts of the map.

Anyway, just try to add some short sliders and patterns with 30 angle or interesting patterns you can see from other maps. People loves to play notes that aren't only up and down, right and left.
I believe you can think of some patterns you have seen before since you have 43 kudos (you have been modding!)

Sorry I did not give an example to what I wanted. I remapped the first 8s of tough as an example of what I want to see. (I tried to keep your style, so the map does feel a little strange. I am sure you can adapt the sliders to your map better.)

Those large gaps are messing me up because I'm hearing strong beats that aren't supported.

00:09:006 (4,5,6,7) - These notes are a beat apart, but later in the map that spacing coincides with the 1/2 beat. Space them out so I can see the rhythm change that immediately follows.
00:20:009 (1,2,3) - These notes feel unintuitive.
00:27:023 (2) - example of a gap that messes me up
01:26:090 (2) - another gap that messes me up

There are parts where you slow down after a 1/2 beat stream that I would find annoying (example: 01:09:071 (8,1)) Can you just add that extra half beat there?
