How to dicide a map's metadata if the song's title is a complicated kaomoji

Like this song by Shirobon in his album Infinity:

(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ ft. Protodome

  1. Is it ok to just copy the same kaomoji to be the title? are the character ◕, ﾉ, ･ﾟ and ✧ supported?
  2. the only character that can be romanised is the kana "ヮ" (wa; may be also "ﾉ" (no)). however it is the mouth part of this waving hand kamoji. Then how to romanise this title?
btw, is there a ranked map whose title also consist of kaomoji, that I can refer to?

1. ◕, ﾉ, ･ﾟ and ✧ are not supported
2. since this is clearly a visual thing instead of some text, you shouldnt romanise it "directly" (aka dont romanise japanese characters). instead you should romanise so that the whole emoji looks similar - just using regulae characters

what i mean is doing something like (/o>o)/*;*
