Out of all the common languages you could learn, Italian strikes me as the most useless.

Learn Latin instead, at least that's cool.

I speak 3 languages at the moment. My native language is Czech, 'cause... yeah, I come from that little country in the middle of Europe that has great beer and... beer. :D
The second language I can speak... uh, pretty well... is English.
And finally, I can speak Italian. Not so fluently like English, but pretty soon, my Italian will be on the same level as my English, maybe even better.
I do not know if it counts, anyway, I can read azbuka and speak some Russian as well. But my Russian is horrible.
Underforest
I can speak 4 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese
btw, portuguese is the only language I need to learn much
Christopaz
English
Tagalog
I'm fluent in both.

Currently learning Italian, getting the hang of it since my native language(Tagalog) borrowed some words from Spanish which Italian is related to, err sort of.

For example: Spoon = kutsara(Tagalog) = cucchiaio(Italian)
And fortunately some English words are very similar to Italian ones: restaurant = ristorante(Italian)

I'm getting confused by the prepositions, verbs, well I'll get used to it.
