Hello, I'm new at mapping and, according to the osu ranking criteria, I'm trying to map a song that is outside the osu!'s Featured Artist catalogue. I tried to check whether or not its creator has explicitly stated its usage terms, but all I could find is that in the artist's page states "Copyright H△G. All Rights Reserved". That would mean that I would have to contact the artist and ask for permission to map their song?
