I used to try to practice AR10 insanely and now I realized what this guy said is so true.
I'm in agreement with IAY here. I've been playing around the same length of time as you (~3 months) and, especially if you are aiming to better in general, learning AR10 should take the backburner to learning to accurately streaming higher bpms, getting higher accuracy, getting better at jumps, reading awkward patterns, and consistently holding combos.
AR10 is such a small portion of Osu! and really only becomes relevant when you are going for top50 scores with HD HR or playing approved maps like [holy shit its airman] or image material... which you wont be able to clear if you can read AR10 anyways considering these maps require high amounts of skill with jumping/bursting and streaming respectively.
Coming from a player that is in roughly the same boat as you, there are definitely more important things for you to practice than AR10 right now, but to each their own and if you feel like you would have a more enjoyable experience playing AR10 and HRing every map, then be my guest to learn it, just know that you are most likely holding yourself back from getting better faster. I totally understand that because when i was around rank 80k i starting playing almost everything on Hidden. I figured out I loved hidden and basically just played everything with it on, albeit poorly for awhile. People told me it was making me worse and dropping my accuracy, etc etc and that i shouldn't play it as much, but i enjoy it more than playing nomod, and eventually my accuracy caught up to par (~96-97% when playing maps that are not over my skill level), and I'm actually a better sightreader with HD than without
TL;DR: AR10 probably isn't the best thing for you to be learning at your current skill level. Practicing faster bpm, accuracy, and aim will be more beneficial, but if you really want to learn it because it will make Osu! more fun for you then go for it.
