The background looks kinda pixelated, I highly recommend change it for another one, maybe try with this: http://puu.sh/880eC.jpg. If you add with this bg, modify the color combos of you want.
What is the sense to put "H.O.T.D & HOTD" in the tags? Maybe I would just leave "HOTD" but the other one is senseless for me. Furthermore, put "ending 7" instead ed7.

00:39:228 (6) - I find this object to feel too close to the slider before. Maintain same spacing as in 00:37:334 (2,3)
00:50:807 (1,2) - You were following the guitar at 00:49:650 (1,2,3,4) so I would advocate for a circle overlapping the tail of 00:51:228 (2) for consistency's sake. Distance with 00:51:860 (3) may need to be reconsidered if you decide to follow this change.
01:02:913 (3) - May I suggest:

Using 1/4 beat snapper for this slider fits the music much more.
01:16:492 (4) - The half overlap with slider 3 kinda looks messy to me, but it may be a personal thing. I would move this a bit up to prevent this though.
01:25:005 (1) - Did you want this circle to be perfectly aligned with the slider before? If so move to x:251 y:342
