Need help with photoshopping a hitcircle...

As you can see, this is just an image of a hitcircle and overlay.
I've been trying to recreate the hitcircle but am completely unable to produce it due to my complete lack of PS skills.

If anyone is willing to make a hitcircle file according to this design, it would be greatly appreciated.

Miss those circles

The above post should be follow but hmm.
If I had the original image on hand I'd be able to recreate the image.

Since the screenshot is so small I may have some trouble but I'll give it a shot.

Check the second link in the above post in probably a few minutes or when you get back on and it'll be there.
