Hi everybody! I'm darioxxx, and im going to tell you how to use your XBox360 controller for osu!.

What you will need:
-A program called "Xpadder"
-A XBox360 controller, with the drivers installed (I'm not going to show you how to connect the controller, or how to install the drivers. There's something called "YouTube" for that.)

Optional:
-A PS3 controller with USB-cable (You can use programs like DS3tool to convert the PS3-signal to a XBox360-signal)

So, here we go.

Step 1. Get your XBox controller connected to your PC.
Step 2. Download Xpadder (its a paid program, but if you want to download a pirated version, i wont stop you ;) you easely download it by searching it on google )
Step 3. Open Xpadder.exe and load a controller file to map your buttons on (You can download a XBox360 one below)
Step 4. Either load an existing profile or make a new one by clicking the buttons and selecting a key (Again, you can download one i made for CtB below)
Step 5. Start osu! and test your controller out :)

I know i probably missed something, so please tell me if you find anything.
I also know im not the best at tutorials, so excuse me, but if you need additional ones, just search them on youtube.

If anything is not clear, you find any grammar errors, or you find something that is missing, please let me know. I'll include a YouTube video once I have time for that xD (would be cool if someone could make one for me)
PS. Excuse my English, i know it isn't the best :P

Notes:
:!: You cant use both Left trigger and Right trigger at the same time, thats just the way XBox controllers work on Windows. Not sure about PS3.

I tried that aswell, but its really hard xD
I personally thinks its better to use it for CtB or Taiko, if you can map the buttons good for them. Maybe for osu!mania, but that will be really hard i think.

Its gonna be hard to play osu! with an Xbox360 controller, cause its not gonna be easy for you to move the cursor, even for CTB, and I do believe also for taiko.

Good thing you don't need to use the cursor for Taiko or even osu!Mania, then.

If you've played Taiko no Tatsujin on a PSP or DS, it's really not all that hard to come to grips with. Same goes for osu!Mania.

CtB and osu! are probably the main ones with potential problems.

For me CtB is easier with controller, and you can use IT as autoclicker, so you can make your character go 50% slower or faster. Probably not allowed though :P

I love my controller however I don't think I would try xD there's another program called Joy2key I use it to set key binds for another game, I do believe it's easier to use than Xpadder
