Okay, another odd issue I've found (blame me if this issue is already known, I checked the forum twice), here is the description what you've got to do:
Step one: Go into the skin selection (you don't have to change your skin, just went in)
Step two: Go out and go edit something (any Map)
Step three: Go out from the Editor and then press F9.
Result: You can't scroll up or down in your friendlist or in the chat. You also cannot press the scroll bar on the side to go up or down.
