i already beat the msq, and i think the story is Nice
they fucking locked primal and i haven't been able to access it since the expansion came out. had to convince some friends/FC people to go to dynamis with me lole

without spoiling anything, i'd argue this isn't their best work, as there were a few "huh" moments, but it wasn't just that it was slow, it was also... uhm... a couple moments felt forced and sudden, such as the final fight when the main character just kinda shows up
like yeah i get we arent the main characters anymore because we kinda saved the world like a couple of times, but i think there could have been better options to handle it, but i still am not upset about the story because it's honestly still pretty good
also yeah the congestion is quite bad so they locked everything except dynamis, it's typical iirc so it should be lifted within a few weeks
also the first 4 raid bosses were quite good, the 2nd boss i thought was pretty cool and then i ended up going fucking insane because of the theme after wiping 3 times (one where the boss was at 4%)
good expansion, could be better, but not every work of art must be equivialent to another perfect piece like ShB/EW
