Yes,those files are missing as the SB is still in progress.
BPM won't either be fixed since they don't effect gameplay.

[Inner Oni]
I have to be honest, this difficulty needs a lot of polishing because the rhythms are for most of the part pretty off the map. It's excusable since you told me it's your second attempt ever at mapping taiko. I think you can use NCL's Oni, or many other ranked maps as a reference on how to follow the song. Some few tips :
Adapt the note density to the song (like you would do with standard and jumps for example)
1/6 and 1/3 aren't mandatory in these levels; lots of maps have little to none 1/6 and are suitable for Inner Oni. Just use them wisely!
Be cautious with big notes, having too many big notes and/or pretty randomly could break the flow even more!
I'll be looking for a new version (poke me whenever you're down with your new version)

As for NC's Oni, I'll see in depth with him as an IRC mod so I don't end up with millions of things to say for in the end something that is coherent with itself.
