There's a song I found that is 7/4 with an added bar of 3/16 at the end. In other words, 31/16! How on earth would you map something like that? I tried 7.75/4 but Lazer doesn't like periods in time sigs. Stable doesn't either

Add uninherited timing points from the end to start.

So set to 7/4, but then how would I represent 3/16? Would 2/4 but cutting off the second beat halfway work?

you can't do this with a single red line, you need to reset the metronome on each downbeat
so in your case make a 8/4 timing point by editing osu file (im on phone cant tell you how to do it rn) (alternatively, if you're absolutely sure it's 7/4 +3/16, you can use just 7/4) and then copy paste it on every downbeat (the one after 3/16 bit). for future reference this works for pretty much every #/8 and #/16 time sig as well - you just use a #/4 time sig thats longer than the phrase and reset it on every downbeat

whats important, you should do it backwards (so, place bookmark on every downbeat and then start placing the red lines starting from last one). osu editor unfortunately has rounding errors, so placing a lot of red lines starting from beginning will inevitably move the offset forwards
