It is okay to take mp3 from other beatmaps?

I found that a mp3 file in my map has some lag, so I wanna change mp3 that doesn't have any defects.
I suppose taking mp3 file from a map that has already been ranked is a reliable way, so please tell me whether that conflicts any rules or not.
