BPM seems to be 137.30, offset is around 7,014, there seems to be a second timing section with slower BPM at around 95,970 and goes back to its original BPM at around 110,122.

BPM is around 137.20 or so.
NachoPiggy's offset is right.

Went through the song and agree that NachoPiggy's timing is right for the whole song.

The weird sounds the artist creates from 1:36- 1:50 are on a different timing than the horns/drums in that section.
If you want to snap to the weird sounds, try:
BPM: 141.2
Offset: 96161 (and end this timing section when you want to snap to the other instruments again)
It is an estimate, but it is mappable with this timing. If you want to go with mapping that section, ask a better timer to fine tune that area.
